Wonderful trip, delicious food, all guides made sure I felt safe and taking care off. Via Ferrara( first in my life) was to me challenging but totally doable. Zip lines greate. Overall it was a great day!
My mother (85 years old) along with my daughter and I went to the Ark Encounter and zipped line there. We took the 1.5 hour one, worth every penny! I’d do it again. Going up the stairs was scarier than the zip line. The Ark was fantastic too, would recommend going, you’ll need to spend at least a day or two there especially if your zip lining too.
My main annoyance is the fact me and my wife paid for the photo package and we have not received it - which should have been over a week ago. They have ignored our messages via what’s app and Instagram. We did have fun during the session but as a former Royal Air Force climbing instructor their practices were unsafe. In the UK it would not be acceptable … a couple of times my wife unclipped both her carabiners and if had fallen - game over. In the UK you always get them to practice on the ground before you climb. Not just a verbal instruction. If you are a kinesthetic learner and not an auditory learner (as I am) you are likely to make a mistake. It was fun but it’s really annoyed me the fact we paid for photos we haven’t received and as a climbing instructor in the UK can say they would not be allowed to operate as they are. The via Ferrara was super fun with about and hour and 15 minutes of climbing where they give you breaks if when ever you need them. There are 6 ziplines in total all which are super fun with a great views over the valley. The guides were great fun, give you instructions at the beginning then your off. There were some fruits as snacks and also a photographer to take photos of you all the way round. Would definitely do again was around a half day tour so not a super early start or long day.
The via ferrata and zip line were a ton of fun. All the guides were friendly and very professional and safety conscious. They picked us up at our hotel in a very nice and comfortable van. They even ran us up to Ollataytambo afterwards. I highly recommend them for a great outdoor experience.
A super recommended activity!! Great views and great guides, explain everything perfectly and very attentive at all times.
I had a great experience with Cesar, Jas, Williams and Irving they were all great and patient with me as I was the only one on the tour.Jas was the photographer and took many great shots of me soi could remember the experience thanks again guys !
A truly amazing experience! The views were spectacular! Our guide, Daniel, was encouraging, patient, and so much fun! He even carried our phones and took fantastic photos and videos of us climbing! They also pick up from Cusco, so there was no hassle trying to figure out where to go. The whole experience was very smooth and stress-free! I cannot emphasize enough how much fun this climb was. If you are an adrenaline chaser - this one is for you!
Americo and staff were awesome, friendly, patient and helpful. I felt totally safe and really enjoyed the experience.
Amazing adventure! We would do it again!!! Fantastic lunch in the pod with chef on site in the pod. The guides were wonderful, helpful and patient. The climbing and zip lines were fantastic! Hire the photographer as it was well worth it.
