Itinerario
Verremo a prendervi al vostro hotel la mattina presto (dalle 3 : 30 alle 5 : 00) e vi trasferiremo alla stazione ferroviaria di Ollantaytambo. L'orario di partenza dipende dall'opzione di treno selezionata.
Salirete a bordo del treno per Aguas Calientes (città di Machu Picchu) alle ore 6:10 o alle ore 6:40 circa, a seconda della disponibilità. All'arrivo, il nostro personale locale vi aspetterà con un cartello che riporta il vostro nome. Durante il viaggio in treno di 1,5 ore, godetevi una vista panoramica sulle montagne andine e sulle valli circostanti.
Il treno arriva ad Aguas Calientes, una piccola città situata alla base di Machu Picchu. All'arrivo, la tua Guida ti aspetterà alla stazione ferroviaria e ti assisterà con le fasi successive, tra cui salire sull'autobus per Machu Picchu e coordinare il tuo programma di ingresso.
Prenderemo l'autobus fino a Machu Picchu. Come gruppo, entreremo nel sito insieme: ricordati di portare il passaporto originale, poiché è necessario per l'ingresso. Una volta dentro, goditi una visita Guidata di circa due ore, dove la tua guida professionale condividerà la storia, la cultura e il significato di questa straordinaria cittadella Inca. Visiterai i settori più importanti, ammirerai l'imponente architettura e acquisirai una comprensione più profonda dell'ingegno della civiltà Inca mentre ti connetterai con l'ambiente naturale unico di questo luogo sacro. Dopo la visita guidata, torneremo ad Aguas Calientes per salire sul treno per Ollantaytambo. All'arrivo, il trasporto privato vi aspetterà per trasferirvi di nuovo a Cusco, con drop-off al vostro hotel.
AVVISO LEGALE SOLO PER ALTA STAGIONE (da maggio ad agosto): I biglietti online di Machu Picchu spesso si esauriscono mesi prima. L'Ufficio Culturale di Aguas Calientes rilascia un numero limitato solo per l'acquisto di persona. Se i biglietti online sono esauriti, puoi arrivare presto il giorno prima con il passaporto da acquistare di persona. Nei periodi di punta, potresti aver bisogno di 2-3 notti extra ad Aguas Calientes.

Joel Guzman was our guide for the Machu Pichu Circut 2. He explained history, took good photos, and kept us entertained the entire excursion. 10/10 would recommend Joel to any group wanting to know the ins and outs of the Hidden City.
Lizandro was an exceptional guide. His knowledge and ability to communicate in English was very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our visit to Machu Pichu and would recommend it to family and friends.
The tour was amazing. This has been on my bucket list for years and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The views were breath taking! Our guide also help in making it such a memorable experience. Joel Guzman was able to answer all our questions and made sure we all had the best experience. He also takes the best pictures :)
I would have given five stars if the communication had been clear before the tour. Having chosen to do it on a Monday, we received the information for the tour on Saturday evening, and on Sunday we had almost no way to contact them and ask for clarifications (day off) except after reaching out through all possible channels. At the tour pick-up, we were able to clarify the various misunderstandings (tickets issued did not match the reservation made - but everything was resolved later) but with many difficulties. In general, they handle everything themselves, and it is quite convenient, but they could have managed things better. For the train schedules, we were not even asked what return time we would prefer, and we were forced to wait in Agua Caliente for almost 5 hours for the train since the change could have been made 24 hours earlier, and we could only clarify everything on the day of the tour.
We were very well served, the punctual transfers in comfortable vehicles, attentive guide. I highly recommend.
Definitely worth it if you want to see the Machu Picchu. Thank you Anthony for the informative tour and interesting facts about the Incas.
Hard to believe was able to see Maccu Picchu in just one day. FYI - you are on your own with respect to getting on the train but was meet with a guide after each step of the way.
This Trip should definitely be on everyone's bucket list. Viator made everything easy to coordinate and I found everyone that was part of this Trip knew exactly how to make the experience over the top!!!
We had a wonderful time on our tour. Everything from getting picked up at our hotel to when we returned was seamless and having it all included made it stress free. Joel was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide on the mountain and we learned a ton about Machupicchu as well as Peru. He took his time and made sure to take lots of pictures for us. Overall we loved the whole day!
