I had a very good experience with VIPAC. The communication, accommodations, and guide on the day of the trip were excellent. My only (small) criticism is that the communication prior to the day trip was pretty sparse. However, on the day of the trip, it was very good. Also, my guide, Lisandro, was excellent. I would absolutely recommend him to others.
Its a very long day, take sunscreen (we got badly burnt and had.it on), and its incredibly physical, our guide Francisco was incredible, my husband has mobility issues and Francisco was patient and helpful, his knowledge made the tour exceptional and he could move people on when we needed a photo!! All up and exceptional experience, thankyou to Francisco also, only downside was our train home derailed, but that's another review

Amazing view despite the fog that day. The tour was seamless. I got my bus, train, and entrance ticket in advance. The tickets will be in pdf form. I advise to screenshot the tickets beforehand as (of course) it would be hard to get connection in the mountains. A must for all travelers is to present their physical passport along with the tickets. The guides gives this information on their messages as well. I love how they divided the groups into smaller ones. Smaller groups are always the best way to do the tour. If you want a stress-free macchu picchu experience I think this tour would be perfect.
Everything was right on time and our tour guide was Frank. He was exceptional. Informative, passionate, thorough, and made the experience so memorable. We also got lucky and it was not a foggy afternoon so we could see Machu Picchu from above
My visit to Machu Picchu was an absolutely incredible experience, and I want to give a special thank you to my tour guide, Lizandro, for making it even more memorable! I was scheduled for Circuit 2 from approximately 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and by chance, I happened to be the only guest with Lizandro during that time. It turned out to be such a wonderful experience because he was able to give me an incredibly personal and engaging tour, with the same level of detail and enthusiasm you would expect when guiding a much larger group. Lizandro is a bilingual tour guide, and his English was excellent. He spoke clearly, was very easy to understand, and communicated the history and information in a way that made everything easy to follow. That made it very comfortable for me to ask questions and have conversations throughout the tour. His knowledge of Machu Picchu, Inca history, archaeology, and the surrounding area was truly impressive. He didn’t simply point things out and tell me what they were—he explained the history, meaning, and significance behind what I was seeing and brought Machu Picchu to life. What made the experience even better was Lizandro himself. He is extremely knowledgeable, but also funny, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. He has a great personality and knows how to make the experience both educational and entertaining. We laughed, talked, and learned throughout the entire tour, and the three hours went by incredibly fast. Machu Picchu is breathtaking on its own, but having a guide who can provide that much history, context, and insight makes the experience so much more meaningful. I would highly recommend Lizandro to anyone visiting Machu Picchu. He is knowledgeable, professional, bilingual, funny, passionate about what he does, and truly cares about giving visitors a memorable experience. Lizandro, thank you for an amazing tour and for sharing your knowledge, humor, and passion with me. You were fantastic! The ride on the way to the train station was very rough so if you get car sick be aware. That said, the rest of the day made up for it! The train ride was roughly 3 hours and was relatively smooth. Attendants were nice and you could buy snacks and drinks. Our guide at the park, Albert, was so kind and knowledgeable. He often stopped for breaks so that we could catch our breath (the altitude is no joke!) He took awesome pictures for us as well. Sunscreen and bug spray are definitely recommend.
The experience is incredible. We had a very rainy day during the dry season, but everything turned out perfect.

Machu Picchu was absolutely gorgeous, and the tour was very organized and easy. However, the description is misleading. That is, it is not a 12 hour tour, it is closer to 19. It is not a 1.5 hour train ride, it is 3.5. Be prepared to use a FULL day. We woke up at 4:30 and were not back until 10:00pm.
