Download the app beforehand for better experience. We had booked for audioguide but couldnt use it as app was not downloaded before hand

This was was a discombobulated and poorly organized experience. They changed the time on us last minute. Then they had us waiting for 40 minutes because the tour company screwed up the ticketing process. But instead of being the 90 minute tour as advertised, the guide felt compelled to compress a 90 minute tour into 60 minutes. So it was like listening to a speed reading class on Italian art instead of amor well paced experience of the museum. The guide was knowledgeable. But overall, the experience was hurried and poorly organized. We would’ve done much better to just have a headset and guided ourselves. It was an incredible waste of money and more importantly our time. When I shared this feedback with the tour company, which is called Crown, they said thank you for the feedback and that was it. Any professional outfit would have made good on the poor tour. Extreme disappointment. Avoid it at all costs.

The title is deceptive. I walked thru the gallery myself the only thing that they provide is the app that has audio to describe the art. However, I had my own audio guide that I preferred so I used that one instead. I guess it’s the convenience of not having to purchase your ticket on the website, I’m not really sure the point of this “tour”.

Definitely the way to go! We were a small group (6) and our guide, Gabriela, was most knowledgeable about the backstory of the paintings we viewed. She took time for questions as well. After the one hour tour we had as much time as we wished to tour the museum on our own.

On time,given paper vouchers,told to wait to the right,Left unattended,no headphones,never saw guide again.Tried to download audio without success, tried to contact guide without success, tried to contact the company without success. This was no VIP experience. Sorry to say.

This was a wonderful small tour. We had Ms Lopez who was so knowledgeable and really explained things. She made time for me to see certain art in the museum especially. She was very down to earth and friendly and it felt like doing a tour with a friend. The tour company is very well run.

Many people and few extraordinary works. Most of them are very boring and you walk and you're sick of it.

It was great to see the amazing artwork, and our tour guide had an amazing knowledge of the art, but she kept complaining about the crowds and seemed unprepared for them. For example we stood outside and she talked about the statues outside, then we had to wait in a long line to get in, and she said “oh if I had known there would be a line, I wouldn’t have taken so much time outside.” Also I would rather hear about the art and artists than the history of Florence.

The museum has amazing holdings. Our guide was so knowledgeable regarding the art, from the history to the techniques to the uniqueness about each piece. 100% satisfied!!!
