Fortunatamente e sfortunatamente siamo quasi al completo durante le date del tuo viaggio, quindi non siamo disponibili per autisti bilingue. Tuttavia, anche i conducenti non bilingue capiranno i comandi di base dell'inglese come il bagno o le fermate della spesa, possono anche sempre utilizzare il traduttore tramite il nostro furgone WIFI o chiamare il nostro ufficio per ulteriore assistenza. Tieni presente che ciò non riduce al 100% la possibilità che il tuo autista per la giornata sia bilingue in quanto potremmo riscontrare cancellazioni o modifiche del calendario che libereranno il nostro programma attuale.

Great reliable service. I needed airport transporation under 24 hours (which I don't recommend), but Playa Grande Shuttle & Tours communicated with me and help me and my family out. It was clear what we needed to provide regarding our arrival and the entire service from airport gretting to the driver was great. Appreciate their effort to communicate and get what we needed.

This company scammed me into paying directly through PayPal when I n eded to reschedule airport pickup due to flight delays. Our original flight to LIR was canceled, the next day weather left us stuck on layover overnight, so I changed flight to arrive in SJO. Owner agreed to refund on Viator if I rebooked and paid via PayPal. He sent Viator refund but required “friends and family” PayPal which (I now know) doesn't give any purchase protection or allow for disputes. Next day they canceled both the airport pickup AND return drop-off, promising to send a breakdown with a refund of any amount I paid in excess of their “cost.” It’s been over a week and they sent nothing; they instead chose to steal over $680 from us.
Very polite, super easy to get picked up. However, the actual ride was VERY jerky and made 1 of our group members physically motion sick.

Playa Grande Shuttle was the best choice for our group of 8 for airport transfers and several private excursions. Our drive, Jose’, was the best! Always prompt, professional and fun. They offer many options at affordable prices. They accommodated a last minute change when 2 group members flight was delayed. Everyone I dealt with was top notch. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience using Playa Grande Shuttle & Tours for our private shuttle to and from the Liberia airport in Costa Rica to our VRBO in Playa Grande. It was easy to book, and they provided excellent communication throughout. Jose our driver was on time and allowed us to stop and pick up some supplies at a large grocery store which I would recommend doing.

We received excellent service on our ride from the airport to Tamarindo. The driver was very engaging and we had great conversations. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience even by stopping and picking up snacks and drinks for the ride. I would highly recommend!

Our driver Johnny was right on time, waiting for us easily with a sign. He was awesome and even showed us some monkeys in a tree right away - what a way to start our trip! We will definitely use this company again.
