Guachipelin Adventure Vulcano Zipline River Tubing Combo

We went with our family of 4 with 16 and 19 year old kids. Had a blast overall and the entire experience was really great. We did have two of us flip while tubing so be aware it isn’t a calm ride but we both just bumped knees and feet before we were able to get in again. Zip lining was an incredible view with waterfalls and a canyon. Loved the hot springs. Timely pickup and drop with bathroom breaks as well. Very friendly staff with a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend the experience!!

Zip lining was a 10/10 , you’re not too far up! Very fun! River tubing 2/10. This could’ve been an amazing experience but due to STAFF it wasn’t! We were told multiple times it would be plenty of staff alongside to help throughout. It was not! If you can’t swim I don’t recommend. My tube fell over twice I had to help myself no staff ever came to assist me. There are parts throughout where you’ll get stuck staff will swim past you , no help! You have to help yourself! If it was adequate staffing and actual help to get you along the river it would truly be a great experience.

Our family of four (2 teenagers) had an amazing day at Hacienda Guachipelín, and booking the Adventure Combo with private transportation through Native’s Way was one of the BEST decision. The activities themselves were fantastic. We loved every one of them—ziplining, horseback riding, river tubing, the hot springs, and the volcanic mud bath. It was a full day, but everything was very well organized and the scenery was beautiful. What really made the experience, though, was our guides, Jorge and Randall. The private transportation ended up being so much more than just a ride to the park. Jorge shared lots of interesting information about Costa Rica during the drive, and even spotted a troop of white-faced monkeys and pulled over so we could get out and watch them. It was such a fun surprise and something we never would have experienced if we’d driven ourselves. Once we arrived, Jorge and Randall took care of everything. They shuttled us between the different activities, made sure we always knew where we were going next, and helped us avoid a lot of the waiting and logistics. It really felt like VIP service and made the entire day so easy and enjoyable. If you’re debating whether the private transportation is worth the extra cost, I’d absolutely recommend it. It completely changed the experience for us, and Jorge and Randall were a big reason why. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure our family had a great day. This was definitely one of the highlights of our Costa Rica vacation, and we’d recommend it without hesitation.

This was an absolutely amazing day. Our guide Armando was so informative and friendly. The adventure park Was an absolutely well oiled machine and we moved quickly and seamlessly from zip lining to horseback riding to tubing. The zip line through the canyon was breathtaking. The horseback ride to a waterfall was leisurely and the tubing was the absolute highlight of the day. We did not travel with kids but parent should take solace in the fact that all the littles were tubing down the river with an experienced guide right there with them. As a parent it made me feel really happy to see that. The lunch was a delicious buffet of local foods. And the hot springs were beautiful! It was a very long but full day and I would definitely do it again.

The activities in this excursion were super fun! We had a blast and it was a great experience. It was hard sometimes to know when we needed certain items, when to change, and what to expect.

This was an all-day amazing adventure for our family! The zip lining and river tubing were the highlights, with tubing being more like a whitewater tubing experience… truly one of the most fun things we’ve ever done! Even our nine-year-old was able to do it and had a blast. The guides work really hard to make each experience fantastic, so plan ahead for tips. Zip line, horseback riding, and tubing all received tips separately, as well as the driver and guide for the day. The fact that it included lunch really made it feel like a good value for the money. This was one of our favorite days in Costa Rica!

This is truly an adventure tour so bring all the changes of clothes, a desire to do adventurous activities and a good night of sleep the night before. The guides are very helpful and get the pictures. They are fairly inexpensive and worth every cent. Remember to tip everyone as they keep you safe.

This was a great all in one day tour. Lots of thrills and excitement for all. All around a great day!

We recently visited Costa Rica for a girls trip (we are all in our 40s) and wanted to do something adventurous while we were there. And let me tell you, this was this a very exciting, adventurous day, much more adventurous than we could have expected. Armando was our guide for the day, he was absolutely amazing (and has the best laugh). He gave us a detailed history lesson on the way. We had so much fun on the bus ride and Armando was a good sport though all of us girls were giving him a hard time, all in fun, so much laughter. The adventure part was pretty intense. The river was fast and wild, there were a lot of Rapids and it was not for the week of heart. Many people were tipping over in their tubes, thank goodness for the numerous guides that were set up in the water along the way to help. The zip lining was pretty amazing, although it did feel little bit rushed at times. We also did horseback riding and finished the day at the much-needed, relaxing hot Springs. The lunch that was provided was quite delicious. Very long day but very fun if you are looking for an adventure.
