I've always been reticent in hiring a transfer during my trips, due to some bad experiences in the past. Until I met Taxi Online Belgrade. Our flight to Belgrade was scheduled to land close to midnight, so we decided it was better to hire a transfer to our hotel. It was the best decision ever for a nice and smooth start to our Balkan trip. The driver was waiting for us right outside the baggage claim are. He then took us to a nice car, and drove us promptly to our hotel. We were so happy with their service, that we decided to hire Taxi Online Belgrade two more times during our stay in Belgrade. And for three times, we had the smoothest and most reliable transfer experience. I also need to mention that their booking process is pretty easy and quick. Their website is very clear and informative. There were no prepayments required. And the team is always available online. They even contacted me to clarify a doubt they had about our estimated arrival time. The communication by email was constant, and one day before each transfer, I received a message from the driver presenting himself and telling about his vehicle. It can't get better than this. Thanks Taxi Online Belgrade, for being the best transfer company we've ever seen.

Pick up was smooth, driver was waiting with a sign-up, easy to spot. Car was E-Class Mercedes, very nice and clean, driver was very safe and professional and there were water bottles inside the car for us which after a long journey was a welcome treat.

We were 3 adults and 3 kids (6, 4, and 8 months), arriving from Canada. Lots of luggage and a baby stroller. Taxi online Belgrade provided excellent service, driver waited at the airport, everyone was seated comfortably and with appropriate car seats for the kids. Very pleasant ride from the airport. Highly recommend and will definitely call again.
