The only good thing about this trip is that Viator promptly refunded my money. The driver never showed up and even though we tried to call/contact with the information provided, there was no response. Definitely a bad start to our trip - we had to make arrangements with a driver waiting in the airport parking lot and were (not surprisingly) overcharged.
Pick up was very fast and easy. I didn't have to wait. One person was waiting inside to take us to our driver as soon as we picked up our bags.
The driver never showed up. Had to take a taxi to hotel Waited half an hour. Finally gave up. Would not recommend
Driver and Idania coordinated well to pick me up when my flight got delayed. Their reply was prompt and the ride was smooth.
My son and I waited 40min no one turned up we called the office number and we couldn't even leave a message. I called several times no answer the experience was terrible. At the end we just grab a taxi at the airport.
I made a mistake when I reserved this service. I booked a trip from the airport to a hotel, whereas I actually needed to get to the nearest train station. I was charged an extra USD$15 for this, for a total cost of USD$30 for the transfer. Later, I learned that regular taxis, the ones who are all the time on stand-by offering their services, charge slightly less than USD$15. If you are not fluent in Spanish or are concerned about your safety, I still think this service is ideal. Otherwise, I would recommend just negotiating the fare with a taxi driver at the airport upon arrival.

Excellent and responsive service. Due to a delayed first flight, I arrived on a different flight than expected but they were great in enabling me to change my arrival flight for pickup on the same day.
Easy pickup outside of Cusco airport. Driver was attentive and had a sign for us to know we were not being kidnapped.
