Itinerario

Today we took a Highlands tour with Diana, and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Not only was she incredibly passionate about sharing the history, culture, and details of every stop along the way, but she was also kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire journey. Her enthusiasm made every location come alive, and her knowledge added so much value to the experience. Visiting the Highlands is a must if you come to Edinburgh, and if you have the opportunity, make sure to do it with Diana. She truly made this trip unforgettable.
Diana will be thrilled for you leaving her such fantastic feedback. It's great to hear that you enjoyed our Harry Potter themed tour. Many thanks.
Diana was a fabulous guide, she explained everything to us in detail and took us to all the places we wanted to go. Highly recommended!
It was a long day but we covered so much territory - the journey was full of interesting facts and discussions! Colin balanced the driving with stopping to stretch legs and check out views and buy souvenirs. The trip was very well thought out. He made sure to check that we were getting the experience we wanted and was so great with the kids (10 and 12) — he was delightful! Highly recommend!
Such a lovely review, Mark! Thank you so much for the recommendation, Colin really is a fantastic guide. Thanks again!
Simon was awesome! He did a great job! Super knowledgeable- very friendly-really impressed with the whole experience! Highly recommend him and the trip!
Our Harry Potter themed tour is a fantastic day out, many thanks for your wonderful review and kind compliments to Simon your guide.
Even though it rained most of the day we still had a great day traveling to the highlands and back to Edinburgh thanks to our driver and guide Gerry. He made sure all of our requests were met and our Grandson Ethan saw as much Harry Potter sites as possible and his knowledge and history of Scotland was amazing. We definitely recommend this tour and if Gerry is your driver and guide, even better.
Gerry will really appreciate your 5 star review of our Harry Potter themed tour, many thanks.
My friend Emily and I went on a private Harry Potter tour with Chrissie from E2G. Firstly, Chrissie reached out prior to our tour to inquire about any food allergies and to give us a few reminders about the upcoming trip. Chrissie was at our hotel promptly to pick us up, where she greeted us warmly. Chrissie was very personable. She chatted with us throughout the day, giving us information about not only Harry Potter scenes, but also answered any questions we had about anything (coos, history, mountains, dogs, etc.) It was more like a trip with a friend rather than with a stranger. We visited the two different spots with hairy coos, the Glenfinnan Viaduct (although the train did not go over, we did discuss the history of the Jacobites and still had a chance to watch the train later.) We saw Dumbledore's burial, Hagrid's hut, stopped at the three sisters monroes, stopped for lunch at a nice little place, a castle where Game of Thrones and another show (apologies for my memory!) was used for parts of the videos, and then the Kelpies. She also brought us to a local place for dinner at the end before dropping us off at the hotel. We experienced cows crossing the road, amazing laughs, jokes, shared some personal details about ourselves, so again - it felt so warm and more like being a friend rather than a scripted tour company. Chrissie worked so hard to give an amazing experience. Although some things occurred along the way that wasn't to plan, we were so thankful for Chrissie and had an absolutely memorable time with her. We will always recommend E2G! Chrissie followed up afterwards to ask if we wanted/needed any additional advice or recommendations for other things to do/see/eat in Scotland for the remainder of our stay, which was so thoughtful! It was also very clear that she and E2G want to provide the best experience possible to their guests. Although the fee is more for a private tour than a group tour from other companies, E2G is absolutely worth it every penny.
What an amazing review Kyrstin, it sounds like you and Emily had the most wonderful Harry Potter themed tour with one of our most cherished guides Chrissie. Many thanks for your 5 ⭐️ rating and taking the time to write such detailed feedback.. Thankyou 💗
This is a great experience to go out see Harry Potter landscapes as well as seeing the high lands and low Tour. Of Scotland. Taimur was a great Tour Guide that went out of his way to make sure we truly had an epic time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took us to more stops then we expected and was dedicated to making this more then just a tour.

Ryan was fantastic. He kept us on schedule but didn't make us feel rushed and covered a LOT of miles. The Scottish countryside was absolutely stunning.
Thank you for your review. Ryan is a fantastic guide who always makes every effort to ensure our guests have a good time!
It was bad experience because I booked private tour which should be start at 8:30 but the driver came at 10 During this time I contacted VIATOR but they did nothing except wasting my time
First of all, let me apologise for your bad experience on this occasion, and allow me to reiterate what happened on the day. Our guide had your incorrect phone number, which was a digit out. He thought he had made contact with you and arranged a pickup location, as there is no vehicle access to the hotel where you were staying in Princes Street. You had asked for a later pickup time, and we had explained that an 8.30am start was required on this occasion to see the train at 1:20. When you were late showing up, our guide assumed you had decided to go for the later pickup time you had requested and decided to wait for you at the arranged site. Meanwhile, I appreciate you had contacted Viator customer support, but we cannot be held accountable for their failing in dealing with the situation. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, the correct number was given to our guide, who then picked you up at 9:40. He rearranged the tour to take you to all the sites listed, and see the later train at 3:00pm, which you seemed happy with. However, we determined that on this occasion our service had not been to the standard to be expected due to the miscommunication and later start of the tour, and we offered you a partial refund as compensation, which you refused. Once again, I am sorry the experience was not to the standard you and we had hoped for.
