Animali mitici, storie fantastiche e scenari drammatici: esplora la bellezza della Scozia in un giorno con questo tour in pullman di un giorno. Partendo da Edimburgo, ci dirigiamo a nord-ovest passando per famosi monumenti come il Palazzo di Linlithgow: luogo di nascita di Maria Regina di Scozia, i mistici Kelpies e lo spettacolare Castello di Stirling. Proseguendo verso nord arriviamo a Glencoe per alcune foto delle spettacolari creste chiamate Tre Sorelle. Ci fermiamo nella zona di Fort William per pranzo prima di dirigerci verso la bellezza naturale del Great Glen mentre passiamo la montagna più alta della Gran Bretagna, il Ben Nevis. Proseguendo verso gli altopiani arriviamo nel piccolo e pittoresco villaggio di Fort Augustus: qui puoi scegliere di prendere parte a una crociera in barca facoltativa. La strada verso casa sarà il momento per rilassarsi e ammirare lo scenario delle Highland. L'ultima sosta per rinfrescarsi è presso la storica città di Pitlochry prima di continuare il viaggio verso casa sul Firth of Forth lungo il Forth Rail Bridge, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, lungo il tragitto di ritorno a Edimburgo.

La nostra prima tappa per un rinfresco e una pausa confortevole è Callander, dove avrai la possibilità di fare uno spuntino e sgranchirti le gambe. Se sei abbastanza fortunato, potresti avere la possibilità di incontrare le Highland Cows (a seconda della stagione).
Facciamo una breve sosta in questa posizione panoramica per ammirare i panorami sul Loch Tulla e Glen Orchy
Il sito del massacro del 1692 del MacDonald Clan, Glencoe è una delle valli più famose della Scozia. Qui scenderai per un'opportunità fotografica con le drammatiche creste settentrionali conosciute come le Tre Sorelle
In prossimità della metà del nostro tour ci fermiamo nella zona di Fort William per il pranzo.
Un'altra opportunità per le foto mentre ci fermiamo alla periferia di Spean Bridge al memoriale di Commando. Viste impareggiabili verso Fort William e la montagna più alta del Regno Unito, il Ben Nevis. A seconda degli orari, questa fermata potrebbe essere soggetta a modifiche
Possibilità di pranzare e prendere parte a una crociera facoltativa in barca a Loch Ness. Per chi non è in crociera, abbiamo più di un'ora qui che è tutto il tempo per prendere un caffè e fare un giro.
Fermati nella località turistica vittoriana di Pitlochry per sgranchirti le gambe e prendere uno spuntino leggero prima dell'ultima tappa del viaggio verso casa

Our tour guide was Leon and we had a great experience! He's professional, knowledgeable, funny and has great music taste. I think it's impressive when guides are both driving and telling stories, it has to be a tough job. Although the day started early, it went by rather fast. The roads we travelled had amazing scenery and since it was a cloudy/rainy weather day, it made things all the more magical. I wished we had more time in Fort William, but I understand the time constraints, and seeing the Jacobite train there was certainly a highlight. I'd certainly recommend both the tour and Leon as a guide. The price is reasonable for such a long day of travels and the great things we get to visit. Thank you! 🌦️

good tour, leon was knowledgeable and friendly. The bus was nice and comfy. Wished we had more time at each stop though, but i understand it's hard with a packed schedule
