The guided tour at Edinburgh Castle provided an excellent overview of the site’s development, its history, and all the key areas and rooms to explore. It made my visit far more meaningful and memorable. I especially enjoyed learning about the birth of King James I, the story of St Margaret, and the fascinating details surrounding the Scottish Crown Jewels. David, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and engaging throughout. I’ve already recommended this tour to a colleague.

this was the dark Edinburgh Tour. It was done by Folklorist and Storyteller Toni. She really made the locations come alive. All the places we visited were places a person would go past everyday without noticing the signs in the sidewalk and roadway where the most significant locations of Old Edinburgh were. After this tour I experienced this city in a whole different way. Very Well Done!

Absolutely brilliant our guide James was very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about the history of the castle and even that happened there. If you go to Edinburgh I would highly recommend this trip and if you can go with James your experience will be made that much better
The tour was thorough, enjoying, coordinated, great time. We walked at an easy pace. Even though it was “chaotic” as described by our guide due to the King being in town, we were well cared for. Our guide Robert , not “The Bruce”, was brilliant, knowledgeable and fun to walk with. Highly recommended! Thanks Robert! Go Knicks!

I can't rate the first part of the tour as we got stuck in traffic and missed it. Even though we were late, they were awesome and had someone waiting for us and caught us up to our guide. We got there just in time for the castle grounds part of the tour. Our guide, Joe, was excellent. He made the history very interesting and told several of the myths of the castle. He kept a nice pace and was very easy to understand and a pleasure to listen to. Highly recommend.
