Una vivace città mercato famosa per avere la strada principale più ampia d'Inghilterra. Alla fine della strada principale si trova il Marlborough College, i cui precedenti alunni includono Catherine, Principessa del Galles, oltre a numerosi altri reali e celebrità. La casa e il museo del mercante del XVII secolo si trovano nel mezzo della strada principale dove è possibile prenotare visite guidate a un costo aggiuntivo. È una città piena di boutique interessanti e il luogo perfetto per una tazza di tè

Devizes è una storica città mercato con un passato medievale e vanta 500 edifici storici in cui vivevano e lavoravano mercanti di lana e modiste. Il Kennet and Avon Canal attraversa la città con un impressionante volo di 29 chiuse che si arrampicano su un tratto di due miglia e ha un caffè a metà strada che vende deliziosi gelati e snack. Il birrificio Wadworth, i cui mattoni rossi dominano la città, produce birra dal 1875. Ci sono molti vecchi pub tradizionali in città che vendono le loro birre da assaggiare
Un'altra città perfetta delle Cotswolds meridionali, conservata e poco cambiata in 200 anni con il suo fienile delle decime del XIV secolo, le pittoresche sale da tè e le botteghe artigiane indipendenti. She curated the entire trip around what we wanted to see and showed us places we had never even heard of.
Wonderful way to visit the Cotswold villages. Guide was very knowledgeable and tailored the tour to our interests. It was one of our best days on holiday!

Kerry was an exceptional tour guide!!! Book her!!! Our family of four (with two teenagers) all really enjoyed the experience. She helped us plan a visit the Cotswolds and collaborated with us to create a personalized itinerary to the places we were interested in. She considered the drive time, busyness, and ticket bookings behind each location to help us curate a tour that was so perfect and stress-free! Our day was full of fun adventures without being too strenuous or tiring. She is a great driver and gave us lots of good background and gave us many interesting facts about the UK and each spot we visited. We HIGHLY recommend this tour experience!!
Our trip was fabulous. Kerry showed off the beautiful countryside she calls home. We had a taste of everything. We saw great estates, country villages, lovely churches and neolithic stone circles all in one glorious day. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. Her choice for our lunch break was a charming old pub that was a coach stop in Dickensian times with excellent food and smashing atmosphere. Just put yourself in Kerry's capable hands and your day will be perfect.
Kerry was our guide and she was excellent. We had all kinds of weather the day of this tour - sun, rain, hail, wind, clouds - it was kind of crazy. Kerry kept everything interesting and was very calm and cheerful driving in some horrendous downpours. She tailor made the tour for us and despite the weather we still saw lots of interesting and beautiful cotswolds villages.

What an amazing day visiting the English countryside with our driver Kerry. She was fantastic. She worked with us ahead of time to understand our interests and then took us on a great adventure tailored just for us. Everything was perfect! I went with my wife and two teens and we all enjoyed the day so much. From quaint villages, churches, the Abbey, boats, rivers, locks, history lessons, movie locations, views of the valley, and much, much more, it was such a great time. She went out of her way to listen to what we were interested in throughout the day and adapting the day to us in even more amazing ways then we expected as the day progressed. Highly recommended. The only sad part was the day going so fast and having to say goodbye. After we parted, my girls kept going on and on about the best day ever.
