Il tour inizia con il venirti a prendere all'indirizzo specificato che scegli. L'orario di ritiro potrebbe cambiare, dipende, dall'orario esatto di ingresso al Museo e dall'ordine di ritiro dell'hotel. Il Museo Auschwitz-Birkenau si trova a 65 km da Cracovia, a Oświęcim. Il viaggio verso il Museo durerà circa 1h 20 min. Durante la strada il nostro autista vi spiegherà tutto sul tour, come sarà passo dopo passo, e risponderà a tutte le vostre domande. Prima dell'inizio del tour, avrai una pausa di 15 minuti per il bagno.
La prima parte del tour è Auschwitz I, l'ex campo di concentramento principale. In questo luogo imparerai tutto sugli inizi del campo di concentramento e varie cose che accaddero lì. La parte principale della mostra si trova qui.
Dopo una breve pausa si trasferì ad Auschwitz II - Birkenau. questa è la seconda parte del tour. Aiuta a visualizzare la scala e le dimensioni di tutto ciò che stava accadendo lì. In questa parte il tour è più contemplativo.
Dopo tutto il giro turistico, avrai tempo senza fretta, tempo in libreria o in un bar. poi, dopo la pausa, torneremo a Cracovia. il nostro autista ti porterà in qualsiasi luogo selezionato a Cracovia

Ora del ritiro. Può cambiare, tuttavia nella maggior parte dei casi non lo fa. Facciamo sempre tutto il possibile per mantenerlo il più vicino possibile al tempo che hai scelto. Dipende però solo dalle fasce orarie, e dalla disponibilità delle guide al Museo. Vi terremo aggiornati non appena avremo la conferma dal Museo se qualcosa dovesse cambiare. A must tour company to go with, picking you up from your hotel. Sad but very insightful and respectful. The tour was a good price to others, good communication, so friendly and welcoming. The whole tour was around 6.5/7 hours from pick up to drop off and Daniel was the happiest and most friendly tour guide/driver in Poland 😊.
An unforgettable and deeply moving experience. Everything was perfectly organized, from the hotel pick-up to the guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau. A special thank you to Igor, our guide and driver, who was absolutely amazing, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole experience. I had booked this trip for me & my elderly Mother with walking difficulties, we were pick up at the hotel by a white Mercedes van, it was a Polite & helpful young Guide called Kacper who was driving us, he played really chilled music which made the journey feel really short & quick. When we arrived he went out his way to arrange a wheel chair at both parts of the tour which I would recommend for anyone doing the tour with elderly or person with mobility issues, we always knew would be sad & emotional place to visit remembering all the poor souls, but just want to thank Kacper for making this trip more comfortable & memorable, will definitely be booking more trips with touristico in the future when I return to Poland. Thanks again Kacper & big thanks from my mum. : )
Kacper, our driver, was punctual and polite. He gave us plenty of information about our trip and was ready and waiting for us at the end of the day. Our tour seemed a little rushed a times with the guide having moved on before the end of the group could see the exhibit he was talking about. Maybe because the group size was so large. All in all a good experience. We booked for an early morning tour but were informed a few days before by the tour company that we had to go on the 2pm tour, so beware of booking something for later in the day as your plans may have to change.
Our guide at Auschwitz-Birkenau was Igor on August 11th, and he made all the difference. He’s incredibly knowledgeable — he answered every question with depth — but what really stayed with us was his humanity. He handled such a heavy, painful place with real tact and sensitivity, giving us space to reflect without ever losing the human connection. Warm, respectful, and deeply present. Thank you for such a meaningful experience.
