Le magnifiche camere intagliate nel sale della roccia. Incredibili laghi salini sotterranei, maestose costruzioni in legno e statue uniche scolpiti nel sale. Quasi 3 km di tortuosi corridoi, 800 gradini da salire di cui 350 sono discendenti fino a raggiungere la profondità di 135 m sotto terra. Non sorprende quindi che fino ad oggi l'itinerario turistico più visitato sia stato il percorso della miniera, con 43.026.898 turisti da tutto il mondo in cerca di avventure.

PUNTO DI PARTENZA Scelta del ritiro dal nostro punto di partenza principale del tour: Parcheggio Kiss&Ride (via Wielopole 2) accanto all'ufficio postale principale /Poczta Glowna/ o hotel selezionati in tutta Cracovia. Se non richiedi il prelievo in hotel, o se il tuo hotel non può essere servito, dovrai recarti autonomamente al punto di partenza principale del tour: Parcheggio Kiss&Ride (via Wielopole 2) accanto all'ufficio postale principale /Poczta Glowna/. Il check-in in questo luogo è 15 minuti prima dell'orario di inizio del tour prenotato. SERVIZIO DI RITIRO Il nostro servizio di prelievo è disponibile da hotel selezionati in tutta Cracovia. A seconda dell'ubicazione dell'hotel, il servizio di prelievo sarà effettuato tra 30 e 50 minuti prima dell'orario di partenza del tour. - La passeggiata guidata attraverso la miniera di sale di Wieliczka è composta da 20 camere monumentali unite da 2,5 chilometri di sentieri. I visitatori che entrano nella miniera di sale di Wieliczka scendono una scala di 380 gradini fino al livello 1 (64 metri sotto il livello del suolo). Questa passeggiata non è faticosa e può essere intrapresa con calzature normali, tuttavia ti chiediamo di considerare la passeggiata e la scala di 380 gradini quando prenoti questo tour. Everything was as advertised. Logistics were executed flawlessly. The experience at the mine was enjoyable and educational. Definitely recommend.
A very well organised trip, even though there are around 800 steps to go down, it is well worth it, what an experience, one trip not to be missed.
Wonderful trip to the Salt Mine. Our driver was on time and very helpful. Highly recommend this company for a tour.
We went as a group of 6 and booked online directly with the mine, getting there by a pre booked taxi. A couple of our group although mobile knew they would have a problem with the 800 steps at the begining of the tour, we therefore needed to use the lift which we could only book once we got to the mine. There is no mention of the lift on the website. We were charged £468pzl (£93.41 at today's conversion rate). £15.56 each for a 2minute lift down to the start of the tour! The tour guide spoke very quietly and rushed through the tour. I appreciate that the guide is on a tight schedule, but we weren't given enough time anywhere, other than when we stopped in the area with the gift shop! This was my second visit to the mine, the first being around 10 years ago and I'm sorry to say it appears they now concentrate on the money they can get from the visitors and have forgotten about customer experience in the process. A real shame as the mine is a must see when visiting Krakow.
Our driver wasn't talkative, so thankfully it was a short van ride to/from. However, our guide AT the mines was amazing. She explained everything great and easily answered all our questions. The tour is quite a bit of walking, which we were totally OK with, but some in our group did not seem prepared for that. The mines and their history are very cool, and I would definitely recommend this tour, especially on a rainy or cold day.

There were a lot of people there and at times we were all huddled up or being pushed on by the tour guide behind us However the mine was good fun and the tour guide spoke very clear english and made it interesting

We had the most fantastic tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide. The salt mine is a MUST if you visit Kraków.
After first experienced a great trip organised by 'Hello Cracow' to Auschwitz, yet another very well organised trip to the salt-mine with again very nice and professional people. Very impressive to walk the many stairs (down) and observe all the 'things to see' while being deep underground in the mine and meanwhile hearing all the great information on the history of the mine and its people. I was here before for a 'business event' but only visited one room or so, this trip was 100x better.
The Cathedral in the bottom and all the stairs buildt all the way down. The guide was very impressive
