The ride is long, it is scenic, border crossing, and there is really different flavor in Skopje. We loved walking around Macedonia Square and I also highly recommend the North Macedonia Holocaust Museum. The town is very walkable and we also enjoyed the Kale Fprt, the Old Bazaar, and Mother Theresa’s house. Our tour guide/driver was the best!! Highly recommended for any day trip or excursion. All in al a 5/5!!
I had an amazing private tour, even though I booked small group. The tour guide was very nice and showed me around in Skopje. Since it was very hot in july, I got tired towards the end and was ready to head back. Then he asked if I wanted to go to Matka Canyon since we had a little extra time left, and I also got to visit that beautiful place. I enjoyed the entire day a lot! Also, a big plus what that the tour guide was very polite and always asked for my needs. I would recommed this to anyone wanting to go to Skopje.
