Durante questo lungo e coinvolgente tour di gruppo è prevista la prima visita al maestoso monastero Haghpat del X secolo. Alla tua prossima tappa, visita il complesso del castello rupestre di Zarni-Parni in un canyon della foresta con una magnifica vista sulla fortezza di Kayan e un bel ristorante. Dopo pranzo visita al magnifico monastero di Akhtala, composto da tre chiese, situato nel territorio dell'omonima fortezza. Visita il Castello di Aramyants, uno dei gioielli dell'architettura svizzera in Armenia. E per ultimo vedrai il monastero di Sanahin. Sia Haghpat che Sanahin sono inclusi nella lista del patrimonio culturale mondiale dell'UNESCO e sono considerati "gemme" della provincia di Lori. Dopo questo viaggio la vera ispirazione non ti lascerà mai!

Situato non lontano da Sanahin, il monastero di Haghpat occupa un posto significativo nella vita storica e culturale dell'Armenia. È stato costruito durante il regno del re Ashot Bagratuni. Numerosi preziosi manoscritti e dipinti in miniatura sono stati prodotti nello scriptorium di Haghpat per molti secoli. Nel XVIII secolo il famoso bardo armeno Sayat-Nova viveva e creava in questo monastero. Il campanile con la sua composizione architettonica unica è di straordinario interesse. Il sito è incluso nella lista del patrimonio culturale mondiale dell'UNESCO.
Zarni-Parni è un complesso di castelli rupestri nella regione di Lori. Si trova in un canyon della foresta con una magnifica vista sulla fortezza di Kayan, che è vicino al villaggio di Haghpat, famoso per il suo monastero. Il complesso è costituito dai castelli "Zarni er" e "Parni er", nonché dalla grotta "Tsak er". Alcuni documenti storici notano che il famoso studioso e filosofo Hovhannes Imastaser viveva e lavorava in questa grotta. Attualmente l'area è trasformata in un museo storico, dove si possono trovare numerosi rari attrezzi agricoli antichi e oggetti domestici. Vicino alla grotta c'è una taverna e una cantina per gustare bevande locali e piatti della cucina armena.
La fortezza e il monastero di Akhtala si trovano nel distretto di Lori. È costruito su un altopiano che ricorda una penisola, circondato da profonde gole da tre lati. Nel X secolo i muratori potevano proprio trarre beneficio dalla natura per rendere più fortificata la fortezza. La fortezza è rafforzata da enormi bastioni e ci sono due torri di guardia a forma di piramide, che si innalzano da entrambi i lati dell'ingresso principale. Il monastero di Akhtala, composto da tre chiese, si trova nel territorio della fortezza.
Il castello di Aramyants, uno dei gioielli dell'architettura svizzera, si trova nella città di Akhtala nella regione di Lori. Si distingue per il suo magnifico aspetto e l'interessante storia di 120 anni. Il castello apparteneva a Mikael Aramyants, un importante uomo d'affari armeno, residente a Tbilisi. È stato costruito per sua figlia con la polmonite, poiché Akhtala ha il clima migliore dell'intera regione del Caucaso. Molti personaggi famosi trascorrevano le loro vacanze in città, tra cui il cantante lirico Fiodor Shalyapin, il poeta armeno Hovhannes Tumanyan, la figura spirituale e culturale Khrimyan Hayrik e altri. Il castello di Mikael Aramyants ha il suo posto nelle pagine della storia armena, poiché qui è stata adottata la dichiarazione della Prima Repubblica d'Armenia.
Il monastero di Sanahin si trova sulla riva destra del fiume Debed. Questo complesso architettonico è costituito da diverse chiese, seminario, deposito di libri. L'edificio del seminario, che collega le chiese di St. Astvatsatsin (Santa Madre di Dio) e Allsaviour, è stato costruito fin dall'inizio per rendere gli edifici più resistenti ai terremoti. The tour was too long. At times it was not possible to heard the guide in the bus. Cut out the mansion and get a better speaker or the guide should shift to the back of the bus. Otherwise, the experience was good. Sites were interesting. The guide was knowledgeable. He also sang a hymn at one of the monasteries. It was really beautiful and unique to listen to.
A comprehensive review of UNESCO and other sites. Karen's signing to demonstrate the acoustics of one of the chambers was particularly unique. The driver also did a great job on such a long tour with difficult roads.

Ashot was a very safe and efficient driver! Samvel did a great job, explained everything very detailed and it was another grandiose day in beautiful Armenia! Thank you very much! For me - but thats maybe only my opinion - there could be one less stop for eating and one more stop for making pictures when for example mount aragats shows a very nice view ;-)

Magnificent trip, with a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide Nina and experienced driver Maverick. Spectacular scenery starting from the plains to the hills to the lush forests. Stone built monasteries where even as an atheist your spirit is lifted by their beauty, history and architecture, unlike anything else I’ve ever seen. Pleasant lunch stop perched up with a view of mountains and valleys covered with forests. A/c in the bus was very welcome, as it was hot and humid outside. No one pushed us to purchase anything. Overall a very pleasant experience.

it was an amazing and magical experience the guide, samuel, was very professional and explained everything clearly and with precision we were amazed by the beauty of the monasteries and the story behind them and also the story behind aramyants castle zarni parni was spectacular and the lunch spot was perfect , we enjoyed armenian food with a breathtaking view would absolutely recommend this tour ! dont miss it!

We had an amazing time, and so much to see. Sam was an insightful and helpful guide, we got a lot to know and he incorporated every bodies need. Our driver was Ashot. Only improvement could be if the microphone system would be renewed, sometimes it was hard to hear what our guide is saying, which was a bit frustrating.
