Visita il Memoriale e Museo di Auschwitz-Birkenau, il più grande ex campo di concentramento nazista, in un tour guidato di 6,5-7 ore da Cracovia. Durante questo tour di Auschwitz da Cracovia, imparerai a conoscere l'ideologia nazista di "Arbeit Macht Frei" e la tragica storia dell'Olocausto durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Esplora aree storiche chiave come le caserme conservate, i campi originali e i resti delle camere a gas, accompagnati da una Guida ufficiale di lingua Inglese fornita dal Memoriale e Museo di Auschwitz-Birkenau. La visita guidata dura circa 1 ora e 30 minuti ad Auschwitz I, seguita da circa 1 ora ad Auschwitz II-Birkenau. I biglietti d'ingresso sono inclusi, insieme al trasporto di andata e ritorno da Cracovia, quindi non c'è bisogno di fare la coda per l'ingresso. Dopo aver visitato Auschwitz I, c'è una breve pausa di circa 10-15 minuti, come richiesto dal regolamento del museo, prima di proseguire per Auschwitz II-Birkenau.

Great trip. Pick up was on time in a Constable mini van. Driver was very helpful and tour guide incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Excellent communication from both the driver (Bartek) and guide (Dorotea ….I think that was her name). Our guide’s personal connection with Auschwitz was very moving and added another level of insight to the experience. Well worth the trip. A huge packed lunch at a reasonable price was arranged by Bartek. A definite must see to really experience and understand the horror of the holocost.

The guide for the tour was excellent at describing the horrors that happened at the concentration camps without being melodramatic or completely morbid.

The visit was an overwhelming confirmation of how terrible this was for those brought to the camps. That people could actually treat other people like this is hard to believe. However, it is happening again in other places. There was a comment posted in the beginning of the tour “Those that don’t remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” By George Santayana. I suggest everyone learn about the holocaust, and the years leading up to it because there is a definite pattern recognizable to those who are paying attention. Marta was our guide and was quite good. Our driver, Bartek, was great as well.
