RAYNA took great care of us throughout this entire process. We saw a lot of things that we didn’t expect to see everyone came and picked us up at our hotel dropped us off within our hotel area or at our hotel. Our train ride to Machu Picchu was wonderful. Our hotels were very nice and the people in them were very helpful and accommodating. I can highly recommend this service to anyone.
We had an incredible experience with this tour company. The service was truly exclusive, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout. Communication was seamless as they responded quickly on WhatsApp and spoke good English, which made everything even more comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour from start to finish. It’s a must-do and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable experience! Our travel agent Jhordy was great in communicating every details of information right from our booking day so that we stay informed on where do we stay, how our days are planned etc. Our hotel stay Munnay Wasi was awesome with ever helping and smiling Owner and staff. Miss Roxana at reception was very helpful. Very happy with their prompt service and helping us with vegetarian food options. Our travel guide RENE for Macchu Picchu tour was phenomenal.
