An all round wonderful trip with so many stops to explore. From the start to finish we had a great time on our trip. Very well organised, many stops and our guide was so informative and helpful. We had some brilliant stops on day one, arrived at the train and our overnight stay in the 3star hotel was far better than we were expecting! Brilliant trip, lovely staff, great driver and the lunch on day one was incredible! Much better than we expected from a buffet! Very upmarket trip all round. Would 100% book this again and would recommend to anyone considering it. Great value for money and the experiences along the way speak for themselves!

Our professional guide Martin did an fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. He did amazing photos and he always tried to bring us to the best spots. Per total was an incredible experience. Try the vistadome train if its available at the time of booking !
They handled logistics very well, and all of the handoffs were smooth. This way we could focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about how to get from point to point. I recommend this tour highly.
Great tour, we saw sights we wouldn't have gone to otherwise. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we knew what to expect at each stage. Machu Picchu was incredible and we ended up having a private tour with just the two of us and Judy, our lovely guide.
2-Day Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu by Train Tour was truly one of the most incredible travel experiences I’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was well organized, seamless, and exceeded my expectations. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Everyone worked hard to make sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Rayza, our travel agent. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy and stress-free, and her attention to detail gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands. The highlight of the trip was our guide at Machu Picchu, Martin. I travel quite a lot, and I can honestly say that Martin is one of the best tour guides I have ever had anywhere in the world. His knowledge of the history, culture, and significance of Machu Picchu was outstanding, and he shared it in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. What truly set Martin apart was how much he cared about our experience. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable visit. As an added bonus, he is an exceptional photographer! He took some absolutely stunning photos of our family that look like they were taken by a professional photographer. Those photos will be cherished memories for years to come. If you are considering this tour, I highly recommend it. And if possible, specifically request Martin as your guide—you will be incredibly lucky to have him. Thank you again to Rayza, Martin, and the entire team for making this journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu such a memorable and wonderful experience!
This two-day Machu Picchu tour was genuinely one of the great travel experiences of our lives and exceeded already very high expectations. Before even arriving in Peru, I want to particularly recognise the logistics team at Fly Cusco, who were outstanding. Communication in the weeks leading up to the trip was excellent and gave us real confidence that everything was under control. Our main contact, Rayza, was especially helpful — responsive, organised and proactive. She ensured every detail was clear and made what could have been a complicated multi-stage journey feel effortless. That level of preparation made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience. Day one through the Sacred Valley was excellent. Our guide, Alexis, was knowledgeable, engaging and clearly passionate about Incan history and culture. He struck exactly the right balance between detailed explanation and giving us space to absorb the landscape ourselves. The visits to Chinchero, Maras, Moray and Ollantaytambo gave us a real appreciation of just how sophisticated the Incan civilisation was, particularly in agriculture, engineering and social organisation. The buffet lunch in the Sacred Valley was also excellent and a welcome pause during a full but very well-paced day. The experience then moved to another level when we boarded the Observatory Train to Aguas Calientes. This was far more than simple transport — it felt like part of the adventure itself. The staff created a brilliant atmosphere with music, gifts and Incan-style celebrations, which added real fun and character to the journey. And then there was the scenery. Following the Urubamba River, the train journey was absolutely spectacular — dramatic mountains, cloud forest, jungle vegetation and glimpses of local life. Watching the landscape gradually transform from valley to jungle made you appreciate just how extraordinary Machu Picchu’s location really is. Our overnight stay in Aguas Calientes was comfortable and well organised, building anticipation perfectly for the main event. Day two was made truly special by our guide, Walter. Walter was exceptional — warm, knowledgeable, passionate and clearly deeply connected to the history and significance of Machu Picchu. He brought the site to life in a way that went far beyond facts and dates. His storytelling and insight helped us understand not only the astonishing engineering of Machu Picchu, but also its spiritual and cultural significance. Then came that first sight of Machu Picchu. No photograph prepares you for it. It is every bit as spectacular, mysterious and awe-inspiring as people say. Standing there, surrounded by cloud-covered peaks, you cannot help but feel humbled by the scale of the achievement and the ingenuity of the civilisation that built it. After exploring the site and taking in one of the most remarkable places on earth, we travelled back down to Aguas Calientes before riding back to Ollantaytambo for the return leg — tired, inspired, and already reflecting on what had been an extraordinary experience. The logistics throughout — transfers, tickets, transport, timings and communication — were seamless from start to finish. This tour offered exceptional value for money and created memories we will carry for life. Special thanks to Rayza, Alexis, and Walter, along with the wider Fly Cusco team, for turning an amazing trip into something genuinely unforgettable.

Highly recommended! I chose this tour because the itinerary included all the places I wanted to see, and it delivered exactly as I had imagined. The logistics were excellent from start to finish. The team contacted me shortly after booking and again before the trip to make sure I understood all the details. Every pickup and drop-off was seamless - the drivers always had clear signs with our names and were easy to find. A special thank you to both of our guides, who were both named Carlos, especially Carlos Sifuentes Sullcaccori. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of the region. In Aguas Calientes, Carlos A. met us at our hotel the evening before our Machu Picchu visit, even though it was already late. He took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and clearly explain the plan for the next day, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Both guides went above and beyond throughout the trip. They were not only outstanding guides but also talented photographers who knew exactly where to capture the best shots. Thanks to them, I came home with some truly amazing photos and memories.
I am very pleased to write this review because this tour was incredible. The logistics were seamless. The entire experience—from the hotel and transport to the guides Ronald and Victor—was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They knew the best spots at every site, and the tour was never rushed. The food stop was a wonderful surprise at an amazing restaurant, everything was so good. Machu Picchu was a dream. My group couldn’t have asked for more.
One thing that I really liked about this company was that they communicated well and the tour hit exactly places that I wanted to see. The first day we toured multiple sites in the Sacred Valley and had the correct amount of time at each site. The train ride was gorgeous. We were met by our next guide at the train station and take to our hotel. The hotel was good. The next morning we were with the very first bus up to Macchu Picchu and it was stunning. The guided tour was excellent. The travel all the way back to our hotel in Cusco was done flawlessly.
