We arrived on time and the tour operator never showed up. We traveled all the way from Las Vegas to take this tour, but the shop operator was too disorganized to follow through with our reservation.
Good afternoon, as we personally informed you via WhatsApp the same day you made your reservation (with Viator), our company was not working with Viator. They took the liberty of activating our services through their platform without speaking to us, and we were having real difficulties contacting them and resolving this issue. That's why, I repeat, we personally sent you a direct WhatsApp message informing you of this, and we asked you to contact us through our website, WhatsApp, email. We never received a response from you. We truly regret this incident. However, fortunately, we have finally managed to resolve this huge mess that Viator produce to us, and update with them all this situation, working with them formally from now on. Finally, we want to make it clear that our message has always been clear, and I hope it continues to be like that in this message. Best regards.
A city tour on an electric bile with Carlos and Luli took 2.5 hours and finished with a visit to a Pintxos bar included in the price. Very enjoyable. Carlos was informative and was able to answer the many questions that we had about the city and how it developed.
Really nice people running an excellent service for tours and e-bike rentals. They went out of their way to accommodate us during busy Tour de France Grand Depart. Very knowledgeable about the area and good routes for those at all skill levels. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Rented some electric bikes from Sanse bikes for a big 5 hour round trip to and from Getaria (with some stops along the way). Electric bikes worked perfectly and helped a long, mountainous cycle be relative easy for two fit but not extremely fit adults. They charged us €38 per electric bike for 8 hours which far exceeded their competition in terms of price and the bikes were still very good quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Great overview of the city by bike. The views from the top of the mountain were beautiful. If anyone is concerned about fitness, don't be - these bikes are surprisingly powerful! As the guide pointed out to me, within 10 minutes you can be up a mountain, on a beach and be in the centre of a city here. This trip lets you see all this and more!
