Situato sull'iconica via 31 de Agosto, una delle strade più antiche di San Sebastián, questa fermata ti porta in un amato bar locale che sembra una porta nel passato della città. Bernardo, il suo proprietario di 70 anni, accoglie i visitatori con un caldo sorriso e una vita di devozione alla cucina basca. Qui potrete gustare una speciale degustazione fuori menu di teneri calamari alla griglia con patate pintxo, splendidamente abbinati a un bicchiere di Txakoli, un vino bianco secco della costa basca.
Preparati per un'autentica esperienza basca nella casa del sidro nella Città Vecchia. Assaggerete succosa bistecca txuleta con peperoni salati e pescate il sidro versato direttamente dalla botte nel tradizionale rituale txotx!
Per un dolce finale, visiteremo la pasticceria più antica della città, aperta dal 1886. Qui assaggerete la ricetta originale dell'iconica pantxineta: una sfoglia sfoglia ripiena di crema pasticcera ricca e mandorle tostate. Lo porterai per andare ad assaporarlo sul viale come la fine perfetta del tuo tour.

Incredibly cool food tour of 3 different neighbourhoods in San Sebastian. Kristina our guide was lovely. A resident of 20 years. She showed us a real mix of spots...pinxos, but also different scenes like cider houses and other cool bars. Great knowledge of the history and culture as well. And very relaxed vibe overall. The value for money is amazing. 6 tapas + 6 drinks included along with the tour. And she also gives you a full list of other spots to hit up. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing experience w Ines on a walking food tour of San Sebastián. She was pleasant , were knowledgeable and made the experience wonderful . All the places she took us too were very cool , amazing tasking food . I would highly recommend her and the company for anyone looking for truly amazing experience. 5 stars !!!

Excellent way to learn about eating and the restaurant experience in San Sebastián. I am happy my daughter and I did the tour early in our trip. Our guide also provided great information about the town, culture, history and everyday life of the Basque region. Highly recommend!

We took this tour our first night in San Sebastian. We saw 2 areas and 6 food stops. Alaia, our guide was excellent- vivacious, knowledgable, friendly. The food choices were delicious. I highly recommend the tour. It was a highlight.

The best way to see, eat and experience San Sebastián! Ines was a fantastic guide and took us to a great mix of tabernas and outlets across the old and newer parts of town. She was conscientious of food preferences, very accommodating to my (never on time) family, and gave us a memorable experience from start to finish. Brilliant experience and a wonderful opportunity to try the lesser known taberna and menu items, as well as hear about local customs, and history. Highly highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time with Iri on the Beyond Pintxos tour of San Sebastian! Iri is fun, personable, full of positive energy, and really loves this region. We learned so much beyond just the food. The tour started outside of the Old Town and gave us a taste of some very local places. There was a good variety of food and alcoholic drinks and we were all full at the end of tour. And each of the stops were unique with a different vibe. Highlight was grilled squid with Txakoli, one of the best we ever had. We ended at a classic pastry shop whcih was perfect. Highly recommend this tour.
