Scoprirai produzioni biologiche locali come aceto balsamico biologico, olio extra vergine di oliva e vini biologici nella campagna incontaminata di Assisi. Visiterai vigneti e oliveti, una struttura per l'invecchiamento balsamico e una cantina e capirai la vera differenza tra agricoltura biologica e convenzionale. Dopo le visite parteciperai a una degustazione guidata di aceto balsamico, olio extra vergine di oliva e di 5 diversi vini biologici abbinati a bruschette calde con olio d'oliva biologico, una selezione di formaggi e salumi e biscotti fatti in casa, godendo di una splendida vista sulla valle di Assisi.

Itinerario
ci fermeremo prima alla costruzione dell'aceto balsamico dove vedranno i famosi "caratelli", quindi procederemo nei vigneti per mostrare e spiegare l'agricoltura biologica contro quella convettiva. Dopo faremo una piccola passeggiata nel mezzo di uliveti secolari prima di andare in cantina.
Quindi andremo in cantina dove vedranno tutta la catena di produzione dalla pressa all'imbottigliatrice e spiegheremo la vera vinificazione biologica. A seguire avranno una degustazione guidata di 5 vini biologici, olio extra vergine di oliva e il nostro aceto balsamico abbinati a bruschette, una selezione di formaggi e salumi locali e biscotti fatti in casa

You get to see the whole operation! It is amazing. The barrels, the big containers of wine. All of it. Guilia was a wonderful host. And the wine was amazing.
We did this tour in May with a pickup option from Assisi. The tour was personalized, very detailed, and met all our expectations. All the processes, equipment, etc were explained well; we tasted around five wines and several cheeses and meats too. It was an insightful experience!

Excellent tour with a chance to see a small generational Organic winery in operation. The pick up/drop off in Assisi was excellent as we were able to see part of the countryside. It was a lovely afternoon capped with wine, olive oil and balsamic tasting. my husband and I would describe it as the perfect tour, knowledgeable host, not to long, with food at the end in a beautiful setting.

Fabulous tour! Lots of information about wine production, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Wine tasting was excellent as well as the food. I would highly recommend this tour.
Getting picked up by one of the tour guides who drives you to the vineyard and explains things along the way is an excellent experience. The exploration of the organic wine making process along with seeing of the process is a memorable way of learning. After seeing and learning about the processing of the grapes and olives it was delightful to sit down with some family members and have them pour wine, olive oil and taste them along with some charcuterie. The aged balsamic vinegar tasting and explanation tops off the whole experience in a comfortable setting.
Giulia picked us up, took us on a tour of the winery and then we had a fun tasting! Tasted several Tili wines and had light snacks! It was a perfect tour!
We had an AMAZING time and would highly recommend. The tour was so personal and we loved hearing all about the family and the work they do to keep producing organic products for the region! The food, wine, oils were all so good! Anna Laura is delightful!

Julia gave us a wonderful experience at the winery today, well informed, wines were great! I loved the balsamic vinegar and oil that come in "carry-on" amounts, as we are already overloaded to fly back to the states tomorrow! Laura was also lovely, I have a great respect for her and her husband, who carry on the tradition of many centuries at this winery! They are clearly dedicated to excellence and maintaining their organic history. Julia was just lovely, gave an excellent tour, spoke English very well which made us feel comfortable and contacted the taxi service to transport us back to old downtown Assisi. I would highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely wonderful! By far the best time my wife and I had in Italy. The tour was incredible, the food was delicious, and it was the best wine we have ever had! Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend doing this if you are in the area!

We had a great time. We were picked up at the hotel as it was closer than the meeting spot. So extra points for that. It wasnt rushed. Highly recommend that 25 yr old Balsamic Vinegar.
