Scopri il fascino Belle Époque di San Sebastian mentre esploriamo i suoi monumenti più iconici. Il nostro viaggio inizia al Municipio (Ayuntamiento), un edificio mozzafiato con una ricca storia. Passeggiando lungo la famosa spiaggia di La Concha, sentirete come la città divenne un lussuoso rifugio termale per i reali Spagnoli. Successivamente, visiteremo l'imponente Cattedrale di Buen Pastor, sede di uno dei più grandi organi d'Europa. Il nostro viaggio continua attraversando il Ponte Maria Cristina, un gioiello architettonico ispirato ai ponti di Parigi, che offre una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Urumea. Ammireremo poi l'esterno dell'Hotel Maria Cristina, un simbolo glamour del Festival del Cinema di San Sebastian, ancora con cicatrici della guerra civile Spagnola. Proprio di fronte, vedremo il Victoria Eugenia Theatre, un luogo storico che ha assistito alla vivace vita culturale della città.
In questa seconda parte del tour, ci addentreremo nelle stradine del centro storico, dove si svolse una delle battaglie più intense della città. Visiteremo il Mercato di La Bretxa, un Marketplace storico che è stato una parte vitale della vita locale per secoli. Mentre esploriamo, scoprirai negozi secolari, alcuni con più di 190 anni! Entreremo nella Chiesa di San Vicente, un gioiello gotico che custodisce una reliquia più antica della città stessa, e visiteremo la famosa Plaza de la Constitucion, che nasconde affascinanti segreti nascosti. Il nostro viaggio termina presso l'iconica Chiesa di Santa Maria del Coro, dove ammireremo la sua splendida facciata barocca dall'esterno.

Fabian is an excellent guide. Informative and entertaining. We did the tour on our first day and it's a great way to orientate yourself in the city. Lots of interesting sights and history. Plus good food and drink tips. Tour finishes with a stop at a pintxos bar. Drink and pintxo included. (First of many on the trip). Well recommended.
Excellent small group tour perfect for helping to orientate on arrival in San Sebastián
Our pintxos tour with Rafael was so far one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. We were a group of five people from different countries, and Rafael created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere from the very beginning. We visited several excellent pintxos bars in the Old Town, as well as a local delicatessen famous for its outstanding selection of cured hams. The tour combined history, culture, local storytelling, and, of course, exceptional food and selected drinks. Rafael’s knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly memorable. After the tour, our group continued the evening together by watching Spain’s victory as they reached the football World Cup final. A perfect ending to a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
Ibeth was an amazing guide and fluent in English.. Great pace and very family friendly even if you have youn kids. Definitely recommended if you want a simple tour and taste of pinxtos.
