Questo tour a piedi è perfetto per i visitatori per la prima volta che vogliono capire questa città, non solo spuntare i monumenti. Esploreremo il cuore storico della città e scopriremo gli eventi, le persone e le stranezze che l'hanno plasmata nella città che vedi oggi, il tutto portato in vita con racconti coinvolgenti, foto, mappe e vecchie cartoline. Mi concentro sulla storia che è chiara, interessante e memorabile, piuttosto che lunghe liste di date o nomi. Dopo 22 anni vissuti qui, amo mostrare ai visitatori le strade, le storie e i segreti che rendono questa città unica. Unisciti a me per scoprire l'essenziale di questa meravigliosa città basca. Inizieremo il tour scoprendo le origini della città mentre si affaccia sulla favolosa baia di La Concha.
Scopri le origini dell'iconico municipio (fuori visita)
Ci sposteremo nel centro storico attraverso il porto, imparando a conoscere com'era in epoca medievale. Scopriremo anche il disastro del 1813, conosceremo la lingua basca e gli sport e costumi locali.
Lasciando il centro storico, ci dirigeremo verso il centro congressi Kursaal (fuori visita) e scopriremo i segreti della parte est della città.

Dave provides an entertaining and detailed account of the history of San Sebastián, woven into an enjoyable 2 hour stroll around the town. Dave was excellent company, had prepared well and ensured we made the most of the time. We would heartily recommend him.
Dave was fantastic! Thoroughly recommend this tour - it was a great way to learn about the City and area - we would never have been able to gather all the insights that he provided on our own. This tour is a must to enrich your experience. Dave provides context to everything from the terrain and the architecture to the street art, and the dining scene explaining the history and life of Donostia with clarity and enthusiasm. His magic book of images and maps is very helpful. Highly recommend doing this your first day to help plan the rest. His recommendations on restaurants, pintxo bars, ice cream and the true Pastel Basque are much appreciated.
