Itinerario
Mattina Partenza 07 : 00 – Punto d’incontro davanti all’ufficio di Co-Travel Albania, in via Gjuhadol. (Si prega di inviarci un messaggio se si richiede il ritiro dal vostro Alloggio.) 07 : 00 – 9 : 00 – Guida verso il Parco Nazionale di Theth. Sosta a Boge – Sulla strada per Theth, ci fermeremo nel pittoresco villaggio di Boge per una breve pausa. Avrete tempo per un caffè mattutino o per gustare una colazione leggera – perfetta per chi non ha avuto il tempo di mangiare in hotel a causa della partenza anticipata. Sosta al Passo Qafë Thore (1700m) – Dopo Boge, continueremo il viaggio e faremo una breve sosta di 10–15 minuti a Qafë Thore per goderci la vista panoramica mozzafiato delle Alpi albanesi. Ammira il paesaggio e cattura alcune foto prima di proseguire per il villaggio di Theth.
Arrivo a Theth e inizio delle visite 9: 00 – Arrivo al villaggio di Theth. Breve visita a : - La Chiesa di Theth (5–10 minuti fuori, visita interna facoltativa se aperta) Una bellissima chiesa in pietra costruita nel 1892, simbolo iconico del paese. - Kulla e Ngujimit (Torre di blocco) (15-20 minuti di visita) Scopri l'antica tradizione delle faide di sangue e come questa torre è stata utilizzata per la protezione.
Escursione alla cascata Grunas 9 : 30 – 10 : 10 – Escursione dal villaggio di Theth alla cascata di Grunas. Tempo di percorrenza: ~40 minuti (solo andata), sentiero facile da moderare. Distanza: circa 2,5 km. Godetevi viste panoramiche su case tradizionali, prati lussureggianti e ruscelli cristallini. 10 : 10 – 10 : 30 – Tempo libero alla cascata di Grunas. Rilassatevi e scattate foto vicino alla cascata alta 25 metri. 10 : 30 – 11 : 10 – Escursione di ritorno al villaggio.
Escursione all'occhio azzurro (Syri i Kaltër) 11 : 30 – Pausa pranzo/spuntino veloce (opzionale – portatevi da mangiare o comprate qualcosa a Theth). 12 : 00 – 13 : 00 – Trasferimento in auto a Nderlysaj (~ 20 minuti), quindi inizio dell’escursione al Blue Eye. Tempo di percorrenza: ~1 ora (solo andata) Distanza: circa 3,5 km Sentiero comprende sentieri rocciosi, piccoli corsi d'acqua, e splendidi paesaggi. 13 : 00 – 13 : 30 – Tempo libero al Blue Eye. Nuota nelle acque gelide, scatta foto o semplicemente rilassati vicino alla splendida piscina naturale. 13 : 30 – 14 : 30 – Escursione di ritorno a Nderlysaj.
Ritorno a Scutari 14 : 30 – 15 : 00 – Incontro a Nderlysaj e inizio del viaggio di ritorno. 15 : 00 – 17 : 00 – Arrivo a Scutari; riconsegna al vostro Alloggio, centro città, o davanti all’ufficio.

We had a really good experience with Co-Travel. We booked Theth day tour, and everything was well organized. The guide was so friendly and the journey itself was very beautiful. It was a great experience and definitely worth if you’re visiting Albania.
Two beautiful hikes, a fun lunch, plus a chances to learn some history and about the local culture. Our guide Vilson was terrific. Parts of the hike are steep and rocky but Vilson patiently helped everyone who needed help. The drive is beautiful, stunning. But it is a long day. We were gone 11 hours. Bring snacks! Lunch comes after the two hikes
joined the hike in Theth National Park to visit the waterfall and the famous Blue Eye, and it was absolutely unforgettable. stunning—mountains, rivers, and charming little trails everywhere. Our guide Vilson made the trip even more special. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, always making sure everyone felt comfortable. He shared stories about the area and kept the group motivated. You can tell he really loves what he does.
Pick up service near our accommodation was hassle-free. We were traveling with 14 people. Bus was air-conditioned. One should not suffer from travel sickness the way to Theth really has it in it. But our driver was great and could handle any situation relaxed. The two hikes were worth it. The Blue eye was very nice but there were also a lot of people there and the water was only about 5 degrees. Bathing would be possible if you dared. Both trails are very rocky and steep so you should be good on foot and have enough water with you. Our guide was always there and told interesting facts about the area. We recommend the tour gladly.

Arlind was a great guide. He knew about the area. Two beautiful hikes to the Blue Eye and especially the waterfall is beautiful. We were almost alone at the waterfall because the weather was not so great, but Arlind led us up anyway. It was really worth it. The church in Theth is nothing special. Just a photo subject. The trip is quite strenuous due to the road but definitely recommended. Communication with Arlind in advance was also great as we had booked at short notice.

What an amazing experience! Vilson was an amazing guide, leading the way throughout the gorgeous Albanian Alps, always with a smile and a hand to help. We were able to see beautiful landscapes, swim at the blue eye of Theth and in the impressive waterfall. The track is demanding but it is all worth it!

The guide was great. Pre-picked up via whatsapp contact and in very comfortable car. Malvina did everything to put the group at ease. Growing up in the mountains and knew a lot to tell. The walking tours are really fun to do. Really climb and descend over the rocks, but doable and the trip is worth it if you are bjj the blue eye or at the waterfall. Beautiful places, but also the drive through the mountains is beautiful with beautiful views. Along the way also delicious eaten at an agritourism. A long day but highly recommended!

Incredible experience! The landscapes of Theth are truly stunning and absolutely worth the trip. We were picked up right on time and had a smooth and comfortable ride through the mountains. Our guide, Parid, was fantastic! Super friendly, well-informed, and clearly passionate about his job. He made sure everyone was engaged, shared a lot of interesting facts about the area, and was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He really added so much value to the day. The hike to the Blue Eye was beautiful and rewarding, a bit of a challenge, but definitely worth it once you arrive and see that crystal-clear water!
