La Port of Leith Distillery è un nuovo punto di riferimento notevole nello storico quartiere del whisky di Edimburgo, Leith. Questa è la prima distilleria di whisky verticale del Regno Unito - infatti, nessuno ha costruito nulla di simile in nessuna parte del mondo! Nel corso di 90 minuti, ascolterete la storia dell'improbabile inizio dell'azienda. Esplora la distilleria più alta del mondo. Riempi la tua bottiglia in miniatura di spirito New Make. Prendi posto nel QC LAB e capisci la produzione del whisky come mai prima d'ora con una degustazione che ti porta direttamente attraverso il processo di produzione e maturazione. Goditi questa sessione di degustazione guidata di liquori New Make, porto, sherry e whisky da tavola. Tutti i tour sono condotti in inglese. Gli script stampati e QR sono disponibili in francese, tedesco, italiano, spagnolo, cinese mandarino e polacco (solo stampati). Il copione del tour è disponibile anche in formato Braille e Large Print.

Simon was a clever, fun, and informative guide! I'm not a big Scotch drinker but their products and partners are excellent. You can tell that the owners and staff are really invested in creating the best drinks/experiences they can.
Had a fantastic experience at this distillery! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The spirits were excellent, with great flavor and quality, and the tasting experience was both fun and informative.
Very interesting and our guide was excellent
The reception at the distillery was super friendly and relaxed. The staff member who did the tour (I think her name was Eve) was also really friendly and her manner was very relaxed. Walking through the distillery from top to bottom was funny and the whole topic was really interesting. The highlight was of course the tasting with delicious samples. Thumbs up!

Excellent tour. Very informative and innovative for this start-up that is changing the codes of traditional distilling while being modern. The scotch whisky is not yet available because it is in the process of being made... start-up to follow
