Passeggiando lungo il Decumano Massimo, seguirai le orme degli antichi cittadini mentre la vita quotidiana si svolge davanti ai tuoi occhi. Entreremo in eleganti case private, gireremo tra negozi e taverne romane e ci fermeremo davanti ai calchi in gesso infestanti delle vittime. Porta Marina Superiore: la guida vi aspetterà all'esterno del parco archeologico con l'insegna “Pompei Vip”. Costituisce l'ingresso occidentale della città e il nome “Marina” deriva dal fatto che la strada portava al mare.
Tempio di Venere: tempio dedicato a Venere, dea protettrice di Pompei.
Basilica: era l'edificio più sontuoso del Foro e fungeva da spazio per la gestione degli affari e l'amministrazione della giustizia.
Il Santuario di Apollo: è tra i più antichi luoghi di culto di Pompei, costruito in un punto strategico lungo la strada che da Porta Marina saliva verso il cuore pubblico della città.
Forum - Piazza principale: rappresenta il centro della vita quotidiana della città.
Il Tempio di Giove: domina il lato settentrionale del Foro e alle sue spalle si erge scenograficamente il Vesuvio.
Macellum: era un edificio monumentale adibito alla vendita di prodotti alimentari e di consumo quotidiano. Qui è possibile vedere alcuni calchi in gesso - corpi (il metodo archeologico per ritrovare i corpi antichi così come erano al momento dell'eruzione)
Terme del Foro: sono uno degli elementi meglio conservati della città. Le parti femminili e maschili avevano ingressi separati.
Thermopolium: era un'antica tavola calda, un luogo di ristoro per gli abitanti
Casa del Fauno: è una delle case più grandi di Pompei; il marciapiede reca l'iscrizione di benvenuto (HAVE) in latino; Casa dei Vettii: la casa, tra le più ricche e famose di Pompei, è posta sotto la protezione di Priapo, dio della prosperità, Entrambe sono soggette ad aperture e chiusure stagionali.
Via Dell'Abbondanza: era l'antica via principale (decumanus maximus) dell'antica Pompei
Teatro: Le commedie e le tragedie della tradizione greco-romana venivano rappresentate in teatro.

Rafaelle was an amzing guide. The tour itself covered some of the most beautiful parts of pompeii. The tour was structured and build to ease you in to the history of the city while ending with day to day details op the citizens of the city. If you are looking foor a tour around pompeii i would definitely recommend this one!

Very knowledgeable guide and interesting visit, but they need to state on the website where they sell the experience that the entrance tickets to Pompeii are not included. To my great surprise, the guide Renato informed me that I paid 25 euros per person just for the guide, and to enter Pompeii, I had to pay the entrance fee. A real scam! Do not buy the experience offered by this site!
We joined the 9am tour which has much less people and less hot and with the Campania card we queued up 10 mins earlier and redeem the entrance tickets at 9am. Riccardo is our knowledgable Archaeologist who shared lots of interesting stories, history, design and daily lives of the people lived in Pompeii. 2 hours we managed visited some of the highlights especially the Spa and enjoyed the tour a lot!
Our tour guide Igor was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and passionate about the history of Pompeii. His explanations were clear, engaging, and full of fascinating details that brought the ancient city to life. Igor made the tour enjoyable, interesting, and unforgettable. Our guide RAFFAELE was amazing!! He was extremely kind as we had difficulties finding the group at the meeting spot he waited for us and was easygoing about the situation as we felt very stressed for being late he assured us not to worry. He was very knowledgeable about Pompeii and included a few small bits of humour which kept it light and interesting. He also tried to get us in as much shade as possible as the day was very hot.
