Da bradipi, rane, serpenti e insetti agli uccelli addormentati, fanno parte di ciò che si può trovare in una buona notte. Con una torcia e molto entusiasmo l'esperienza di camminare nell'oscurità in mezzo alla foresta tropicale è qualcosa da ricordare.

We had a wonderful tour with our guide Luis, without whom we would never have hoped to see and learn about the many insects, reptiles and mammal species we saw. I marvel at the extent of the guide’s knowledge which makes the walk so much more meaningful. The patience and good humor of Luis was remarkable. I highly recommend this tour and guide for anyone wishing to discover the nightlife in the Monteverde Cloud Forest.

Great tour, Rodiber was super knowledgeable and amazing at spotting wildlife! We saw many frogs, birds, and the highlight was a 80-90cm green side-striped palm viper! Rodiber was super helpful on making sure we got the best photos and videos of all the wildlife too!
Thankyou Maria, It was a great time in the night walk looking for animals of your interest. Even though we couldn't find an sloth, the nature let us see beautiful frogs, baby vipers, one snail eater snake, a toucan, and a big viper among some other animals.
Our guide, Rodiber, was terrific! Very patient, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. Didn’t see as many “wow” critters as we had expected. Did see a couple vipers, a tarantula, a few small frogs, a massive ant hill, several smaller bugs, and got a glimpse of a sloth. Highlight was probably the raccoon-like animal climbing high up in the trees. Weather was great and it was a good way to spend an evening.
Thankyou Mark, Nature is unpredictable but that night we could see all we wanted and a little kinkajou as our great highlight. Our other guests really wanted yo see an sloth and Even when we though there were not chances anymore there was an sloth moving on a tree. My 7 year told Rodiber, our guide, at the end of the tour that he had 3 words to describe it “that was excellent”. 👌 Rodiber went above and beyond to try and find the things we as a group wanted to see. The only thing we didn’t see that we wanted to was a sloth but not from a lack of trying. We really loved this tour and would recommend it!

Thankyou for the oportunity to share this activity that teach such a good experience and natural history about animals. We tried but sometimes sloth hide from our way. Hopefully next time after trying again we can get it.
Rodiber was our guide for a small group of 5, and he was amazing !!! He knew so much about insects, amphibians, mammals, trees and more. We came away with so much information and pictures to last a lifetime. We got to see a tarantula, a sidewinder palm pit snake, toucans, scorpions, frogs, salamanders, a sloth , monkeys and more !!!! Ask for rodiber and you won't be disappointed !!!

This tour was incredible. Rodiber is a true professional and an exceptionally skilled guide. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. I was initially a bit skeptical about some of the night tours in the area, as they can sometimes feel like tourist traps, but this tour was the opposite. It really felt authentic—you simply see what nature gives you. Fortunately for our group, nature gave us a lot. With Rodiber’s expertise (and occasional coordination with other guides along the trail), we were able to spot an amazing variety of wildlife, including a Hoffmann’s Two‑toed Sloth, Mexican Hairy Dwarf Porcupine, a Green Side‑striped Palm‑pitviper, Rufous‑eyed Stream Frog, Slim‑fingered Rain Frog, a Collared Trogon, tarantulas, massive stick insects, large spiders, howler monkeys, toucans, and an impressive leaf-cutter ant colony. Rodiber also provided each person with a good flashlight, and he was incredibly skilled at helping us take photos with their phones through his high-powered spotting scope. Many of us left with some amazing wildlife photos that would have been impossible to capture otherwise. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our time in Monteverde, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting an authentic and memorable night walk in the forest.

Loandry was an excellent guide who provided a lot of information and found many interesting things for us to see. It was also great the way the guides worked together to share what they found so everyone could see it as well. Although it was showery we saw a decent amount of animals and insects.

We had an excellent time with Rodiber! He was extremely knowledgeable and did his best to make sure we saw as many creatures within our limited time (we had to cut it shorter due to a reservation). He even helped us get amazing photos! Thank you again for the amazing walk!

The tour was great! Our guide Rodiber was extremely knowledgeable about all form of life we would run into. He was always asking us if we had more questions he could answer for us. He was very chill and easy going as well. He was doing everything in his power to find the sloths for us as we were raving about them. And he ended up finding one! I would really recommend his tour as he does it all to make our experience the best.

Excellent. We were collected from our accommodation at the time agreed and taken to the rainforest. Our guide, Joseph, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and found scorpions, a tarantula, sloths, cicada, frogs, tucans etc. He also took photos and videos, which he shared with us at the end of the tour.
