Questa esperienza esclusiva ti introdurrà al paesaggio e alla fauna selvatica della catena montuosa delle Ande. La tua guida turistica professionale verrà a prenderti al tuo hotel o airbnb per iniziare il tour e andare a Cotopaxi. I 90 minuti di auto da Quito a Cotopaxi sono pieni di bellissime montagne e piccoli villaggi accoglienti. Arrivando a Cotopaxi la guida locale ti aspetterà con caschi, poncho e cavalli. Quindi cavalcherai a cavallo per 2-3 ore attorno ai prati e al bellissimo vulcano. Sulla via del ritorno ci godremo un pranzo al sacco e poi proseguiremo verso la laguna di Limpiopungo. La laguna si trova su un altopiano pianeggiante dove camminerai per 1 ora attorno ad essa. Questo è un posto fantastico per vedere le piante, i fiori e gli uccelli locali. Alla fine tornerai a Quito o ti fermerai in un ristorante locale per pranzare. Riconsegna al tuo hotel

Cavalca un cavallo nel secondo vulcano più alto dell'Ecuador. Il viaggio di 2-3 ore ti consentirà di visitare alcune delle più belle praterie e colline dove le sorgenti naturali che scendono dal vulcano vanno nella valle andina. Il paesaggio è mozzafiato.
Il bellissimo Parco Nazionale è la casa di molti animali selvatici come cavalli, cervi e uccelli. Durante il tempo ammirerai le alte montagne e osserverai anche la straordinaria fauna selvatica.
L'escursione al Limpiopungo dura 1 ora e ci permette di osservare un santuario degli uccelli e molte piante e fiori autoctoni delle praterie.

This is a beautiful experience that connects with nature and the beauty of Copaxi. The horses were so gentle and our guide, Daniel spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable.

Riders are outfitted with ponchos and chaps, which are items I had never used before but was very glad to have. They kept me warm and dry through the changeable weather. The two hour ride covered a variety of terrains with 360 degree views of gorgeous countryside throughout. The leaders are were relaxed but effective, providing a stress-free experience. This was easily the best "rental ride" I have ever done and enthusiastically recommend it! We had a professional guide that day, but he did not join us on the ride. (The nearby restaurant has very inflated prices and other options are available with a brief drive.)

Our guide, Christian, was knowledgeable and fun. Horseback riding was a great way to see Cotopaxi since the high elevation makes hiking difficult. The horses were sure-footed and Patrik outfitted us with ponchos and chaps to keep us warm. Be sure to bring a hat and gloves. We bought them from a vendor next to the horses and we really needed them. We saw lots of birds on the lagoon walk.

We had an amazing time at Cotopaxi National Park with our guide, Christian. He was on time, friendly, and very informative, sharing so much about the park’s history, geology, and wildlife. The highlight of our day was also the horseback riding experience, guided by Raul, who was incredibly patient and attentive throughout. This was a fantastic excursion. The lagoon was a beautiful 2 mile hike at a nice easy pace. The horseback ride was fantastic! The actual time on the horse was a full two hours and the scenery was spectacular. They provided warm chaps and a warm poncho, so I was very comfortable. My guide was very knowledgeable and his English was perfect. On the way home we stopped at a great local little restaurant for a late lunch.

This was a lovely ride and walk! However, be aware that it is at a high altitude. If you aren't used to it don't try this your first day in Quito.
Our guide Christian was amazing, very passionate about the tour and all the wildlife we saw. We learnt a lot about the country and the area we were visiting. We had a lovely lunch recommend by Christian. All in all a fantastic day, throughly recommend
