Itinerario
La prima tappa del tour a piedi del Ghetto di Cracovia sono i resti delle Mura del Ghetto, un forte ricordo del confinamento che un tempo separava i suoi residenti dal resto della città.
Da lì si prosegue per Piazza degli Eroi del Ghetto, cuore del ghetto, dove avvennero le deportazioni nei campi di sterminio. Oggi la piazza è contrassegnata dal Memoriale simbolico della sedia, ogni sedia rappresenta vite perdute.
Dall'altra parte della piazza si trova la Farmacia Under the Eagle, dove Tadeusz Pankiewicz e il suo staff aiutarono coraggiosamente i residenti del ghetto, preservando medicine e speranza.

A short but interesting tour with a lot of information about the Jewish ghetto in Krakow during the Nazi occupation. I recommend visiting the museum in Schindler's factory before or after. The guide Anna is kind and knowledgeable with good English.

Dominique was everything you could wish a guide to be. Very informative, giving detailed information, happy to answer ad hoc questions, very easy to talk to and was clearly very passionate about her subject. She had historic photos with her which helped us to understand and bring everything into context. We asked her for recommendations of places to visit in the Jewish quarter. We would never have found these ourselves and this really added to our experience in Krakow. Following the tour we have been inspired to follow up and read more on the subject and history.
