Chaos when we arrived to get on the boat nobody clear when queuing. Boat trip set off recorded guide calling out points of interest difficult to see sights due to the dark expected things to be more lit up and clearer. As the trip progress due to the lighting on the boat unbearable amount of midges ended up going inside on the boat then could see even less as many midges downstairs couldn’t wait to get off a bit boring to be honest, went on too long with not much to see.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that the boarding process felt unclear. As this was a night cruise, visibility naturally differs from a daytime trip. The illumination of Krakow’s landmarks and riverbanks is controlled by the city and individual property owners, so unfortunately it is not something we are able to influence. During warm evenings, insects may also appear near the river, and the safety lighting required on board can attract them.
A peaceful hour spent on the river Vistula with a cold beer while being taught about the river & surrounding areas history.

It was a pleasant cruise down the river and saw some pretty sights. Perhaps better done as a couple but castle lights were not on and lacked any real pull factor.

Nice boat ride good selection of refreshments for purchase. Beautiful views of some of the city’s historic buildings especially during sunset.

There are no clear directions about the meeting spot. The chairs need rearranging into tables. The set up makes it look like you're sitting in a classroom. The info provided by the recorded guide is too much, there's no time to relax or enjoy the views. Also, having nice music would really help the ambience. But the people are very respectful and the views on the river are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend it. I booked it 3 different times in one week.

Regarding the seating arrangement, the chairs are intentionally positioned facing forward so that all passengers can comfortably enjoy the views in the direction the boat is sailing. Most of our guests appreciate this setup, although we understand that different arrangements may suit different preferences. We arranged this for our last night in Krakow. A lovely relaxing cruise seeing the sights lit up at night. It was a very hot day so the little breeze(still warm) by the river was soothing. Definitely something to do if you wish to test your tired legs and feet.

I booked this spur of the moment trip as it was our last day in krakow. We found it quite difficult to see which boat we would be on as it wasn’t really signposted and there were so many others doing trips as well. We finally found the boat and went for a daytime cruise on the Vistula river. It really didn’t show us anything that we hadn’t seen before except the convent but just being able to rest and relax after a busy couple of days was enjoyable and it was quite cheap at £13 each, it would have been cheaper had we booked ahead. It said on the programme that there would be no audio guide or drinks service during the day sailings but we were pleased that there were both. An enjoyable way to spend an hour
