Inizia il tuo tour con un pick-up da Bosacka 18. Poi rilassarsi in 1,5 - ora di auto ad Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Il nostro tour inizia a Monowitz, dove il regime nazista ha trasformato la vita umana in una risorsa. Vedrai i resti del campo dove migliaia di prigionieri, tra cui il premio Nobel Elie Wiesel, hanno sopportato condizioni inimmaginabili mentre lavoravano per la macchina da guerra Tedesca.
Mentre ci spostiamo verso gli accampamenti principali, attraversiamo la città di Oświęcim. Questo fornisce un momento cruciale di riflessione sulla storia ebraica della città prima della guerra e su come la popolazione locale viveva nell'ombra immediata dei campi.
Esploriamo il perimetro dello "Stammlager" (Auschwitz I). In piedi accanto alle recinzioni originali, vedrete il cuore amministrativo del complesso. Una tappa fondamentale è la casa di Rudolf Höss, il comandante del campo. Vedere dove viveva una vita familiare "normale" a pochi metri dai camini del crematorio offre uno sguardo profondo sulla "banalità del male".
Successivamente, visitiamo l'autentica piattaforma ferroviaria situata tra i campi. Qui è dove la maggior parte dei treni di trasporto sono arrivati fino al 1944. È un sito potente e tranquillo dove ha avuto luogo la "selezione" di migliaia di persone, un luogo spesso mancato dai tour standard dei musei.
Auschwitz II-Birkenau (Esplorazione esterna) : Assisterete alla schiacciante portata del più grande campo di sterminio. Dal perimetro e dall'iconica "Porta della Morte", la tua Guida spiegherà la disposizione delle rovine delle camere a gas e le condizioni di vita dei prigionieri.
Termina il tour e torna a Cracovia al punto di partenza, vedendo vari punti di riferimento lungo il percorso. Torna al centro di Cracovia e termina con un rientro in città.

I booked this as a last-minute tour. That being said, what you get to see is extremely limited. If everything is already booked, then this would be your alternative. Other than that, I would recommend booking another tour because this one leaves you feeling like you showed up to see Auschwitz but got turned away at the door.
We had the best experience on our tour .. from start to finish .. our guide Damien was amazing .. he was full of knowledge and was passionate about the whole tour .. he didnt hesitate to respond to any questions in fact encouraged us to ask so we weren't left with any unanswered questions. I loved the fact it was headsets and you could just brows around the particular room we were in and still listen to all the information Damien was giving us .. the groups were kept 2 a small group and everything was really well organised. I wasnt the most knowledgeable about the the whole thing but came away full of knowledge and have since watched a few films since been back recommended by damien and it makes u watch the film with a whole different outlook once you have visited.. highly recommend if visiting krakow

The guide was fantastic—in-depth explanations delivered with genuine feeling. Even though it wasn't possible to visit the museum—only the exteriors of the sites—it allowed us to fully experience the atmosphere.

Great atmosphere in a smaller group and excellent storytelling by our friendly guide Damian. Amazing experience. Our guide Damien was amazing and knowledgeable. Although we didn't get to go into most of the places, seeing it and learning about it was what I came for. And the group was small so it felt personal and friendly.

The tour was excellent and very well priced. Our tour guide Damian was an excellent tour guide and this something everyone should visit. Even tho the tour didn’t include inside Damian did an excellent job at explaining all the details to ensure we didn’t miss out on anything, the storytelling was great

We had a really good trip with Damian as a guide. It was very exciting and worked really well, even since it was a last minute decision. We thought the guide told lively and interested about the various things, and the tour had a suitable length. We had a good experience overall!

Damian was very helpful, going above and beyond by helping to push my dad in his wheelchair as well as keeping great communication throughout the whole experience. It was a very emotional experience. Unfortunately, we were unable to enter the concentration camps and the museum due to a last-minute cancellation by another provider, but Damian, our guide, was incredibly good at explaining all the history from outside, giving us very personalized attention thanks to the small group size, and he saved us from missing Auschwitz during our visit to Kraków.
