Chiudono alle 20.30 in alta stagione, con chiusura anticipata alle 17.30 per preparare lo spettacolo delle fontane notturne, ogni sabato dal 7 giugno al 20 settembre e in alcune altre date (24 maggio, 14 luglio, 15 agosto e 28 ottobre, 29, 30 e 31 ottobre 2025).
- Accesso ai giardini tramite il Giardino Sud (accesso tramite la Corte d’Onore della Reggia di Versailles), la Porta del Nettuno (accesso tramite la Porta della Regina, Boulevard de la Reine solo nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi) o la Piccola Porta di Venezia (accesso tramite il Grand Parc).
- La Porta del Drago è aperta tutti i giorni dal 1 aprile al 31 ottobre.

I booked the 2:30 times ticket because the 1:30 entry was sold out. When I received the tickets they were for 4pm instead of 2:30.

As mentioned in the inclusions, on busy days the allocated entry time may vary by up to two hours due to availability and operational constraints by the Palace. We are sorry to hear that you missed reading the information in the inclusion as well on your confirmation voucher which caused the confusion.
Get early in line for the scheduled time as they are long and it might take 30 minutes to enter the palace. I would focus on the main rooms in the palace like the hall of mirrors and pass quickly through the galleries to have more time for the gardens

Take lots of extra cash as everything outside of the Palace and gardens costs. The grounds are amazing.
