We docked immediately across from the Eiffel Tower, they had multiple boats and figuring out which dock/boat was about following the flow of traffic. The previous group was unloading when we approached, we had to wait then eventually were allowed to wait in a waiting area before eventually being allowed to be sat. The tables were preset with bread and they provided a glass of wine and bread. The bread was fine. We waited as others were served, pretty clear pecking order based on the seating. The servers spoke multiple languages and in general were good. The only complaint was the food. Some of it was great, others left something to be desired. I had salmon appetizer, chicken dish, and chocolate dessert. The chicken was dry and under seasoned. My partner had the steak dish, which was again; under seasoned but well cooked. If you do this I would suggest bringing a salt packet or two, but otherwise the views were amazing and the environment was energetic. The live vocalists were a fun surprise. Overall, I enjoyed it, glad we went, but probably won’t do it a second time. I would encourage people to go as long as they are as excited about the experience as they are the food.
Delicious food and excellent, professional service. The live singer did a lovely job. The cruise was very nice, but for the high price, the ship windows should have been easier to see through.
We booked the Service privilege package and at the time of booking I thought the price was a little steep. It was worth every penny. We had a wonderful experience and couldn't have had a better evening. From booking to boarding to docking at the end, the whole thing was fault less. Our waiter Victor was on hand throughout the evening and was absolutely brilliant. The food was delicious and there was plenty to drink on the way as well. Booking service privilege we had a guaranteed window table with great views of all of the famous landmarks and there was plenty of room between tables. Walking through the standard area to the back deck, it seemed far more cramped in and we were very glad we paid the extra. Docking at the end to a brilliant view of the Eiffel Tower sparkling light show was the perfect finish to a superb evening.

Lovely cruise. Eiffel Tower views stunning. Food surprisingly good for mass delivery. The wine flowed (be careful). Expensive - yes. Would we do it again - yes.
Delicious food, excellent service, interesting route, good viewing plus! Problem with all the Seine River boats = very difficult to find then along the Seine!
This is a lovely way to experience Paris. The food and service were excellent and the entertainment was very soothing. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious evening!

The vip service is not worth the price as the outside section of the boat is for everyone. Food was adequate but not deluxe, for the price in expected better quality. Staff very professional but for the same price I could have gone on a different boat and then ate at a Michelin star restaurant.
