Il tuo viaggio ad Auschwitz inizierà con il prelievo da un luogo precedentemente determinato a Cracovia da un hotel o appartamento o dal nostro punto di incontro. Il viaggio da Cracovia ad Auschwitz dura circa 1,5 ore. Informazioni sul tempo di raccolta che riceverai un giorno prima del viaggio.
Quando arrivi ad Auschwitz, incontrerai la tua guida. Insieme entrerete nel museo e in meno di 2 ore di cammino vi mostrerà uno dei luoghi più oscuri della seconda guerra mondiale. Durante la tua visita in questo luogo vedrai: la porta "Arbeit mach frei", l'ultima camera a gas sopravvissuta e molte mostre con foto e resti di prigionieri
Dopo la pausa, l'autista ti condurrà al secondo campo, Auschwitz II Birkenau. Incontrerai di nuovo la tua guida davanti al cancello d'ingresso. Durante la passeggiata di oltre un'ora, la tua guida ti mostrerà il secondo campo, che era il più grande campo di concentramento costruito dai nazisti. In questo campo vedrai: "Porta della Morte" con i binari che portano al campo, la rampa di scarico dove arrivavano i treni con i prigionieri, le rovine delle camere a gas e dei crematori, il monumento alle vittime dell'Olocausto e gli edifici dove i prigionieri vissuto.
Dopo aver completato il tour, l'autista ti accompagnerà nel tuo hotel / ostello / appartamento a Cracovia.

Secondo il regolamento del museo, OGNI TOUR OPERATOR dovrà prima raccogliere l'elenco completo dei nominativi e solo successivamente potrà ricevere l'orario di ingresso. A conferma vengono inviati tutti i nomi, che non potranno essere modificati successivamente. Chiediamo l'orario selezionato, ma la decisione finale dipende dal museo, che si basa sulle sue linee guida e sui limiti di costruzione. Ricorda che questo è il luogo più popolare in Polonia, visitato ogni giorno da 8-10 mila persone. Well worth the visit, found it very moving and thought provoking However our driver Adam was continuously on his phone from moment he collected us to The end of trip. There was no information about the activity on route just that it would take 1 hr 20 Mins to get there !

The transport, driver and tour guide were excellent . I was kept well informed in advance of the visit . Just disappointed that we originally booked a 9 am pick up which changed to 5.30 am .

The communication leading up to tour was excellent - we received regular text messages and communication about what to expect, travel to our destination, and we pre-ordered lunch from our driver - all best in class. What we were not expecting was to be "herded" in a very large group with other tourists with differing walking capabilities. The tour guide walked extremely fast and did not check in/wait for the full group. She was also hard to understand in English, and she did not seem to understand the needs of those on her tour, not did she seem to care about our understanding her or our comfort. My recommendations are that guests are offered a slower or faster walking tour group and that native English speakers provide feedback to the tour guide.

The driver picked us up at our hotel, he gave us information during the journey about what to expect and timings for the tour, the guide Anna was excellent, such passion for what she does, the information she passed on to us and the way she told the story was brilliant.
