Full-day private tour scheduled , and we are not called , not answering the phone or answering message .
Dear Marcia, I am sorry to hear about this unpleasant experience, but I am glad to say that most of our guests have very positive feedback. Unfortunately, you made a reservation less than 12 hours before the trip started, and we can't serve you on such short notice. According to our policy, we require a reservation at least 24 hours prior. I hope you understand this situation and remove one star review. Thank you so much, and I apologise for the inconvenience.

First time in Scotland and my experience here was very good, I walked around old Edinburg and enjoyed unique places in the city. Next day I hired Russ for a day trip from Edinburgh to Glencoe and Loch Ness. Russ arrived on time and drove me carefully via country roads and showed me amazing places on the way, I took lots of photos and enjoyed his company. February not great time to visit Highlands but I was lucky with weather and had only few times rain. Thanks Russ for fast confirmation and amazing service, this trip worth every penny. Will use them again and highly recommend for everyone who like comfort and privacy.
