Preparati per un tour straordinario nel mondo del vino biologico: visiterai una delle più antiche cantine biologiche insieme a un membro della Famiglia Tili che ti spiegherà tutto il processo per produrre un fantastico vino biologico. A seguire, potrai degustare tutti i prodotti dell’azienda agricola durante una degustazione guidata dove degusterai 5 diversi vini biologici di Assisi DOC e Umbria IGT. I vini saranno abbinati a bruschette calde con olio extravergine di oliva biologico, una selezione di formaggi e salumi con marmellate, e biscotti locali con vino dolce. Al termine riceverai una certificazione di Apprendista Vignaiolo! Offriamo pick up su richiesta per un prezzo fisso il pick up dal centro città di Assisi o Spello o dalla stazione ferroviaria di Assisi.

i viaggi godranno di una visita guidata in cantina con a seguire una degustazione di 5 vini biologici abbinati a bruschette, una selezione di salumi e formaggi e tozzetti "umbri". Per i bambini offriamo anche bibite e / o succhi e patatine.

We very much enjoyed our time at the family winery. We got from their cook book and tried a few of the recipes and they were amazing!
Great experience! This small, family-run vineyard has been operating for centuries and is amazing. We enjoyed the wines and appetizers so much. Our guide, Julia, was very knowledgeable about each wine and the winemaking process. We would highly recommend this tour and tasting!
We arrived at a fantastic beautiful place, all the way between the vines. We were taken care of by Maria who provided us with a very cozy private tasting with delicious homemade snacks. Annalaura later took over because another group also came in. We have tasted and bought delicious Wines, Olive Oil and Balsamic. We are Fan!!! Thanks, ladies.
We had a wonderful time at the “Winemaker for a Day” experience. It was just the two of us, which made it feel very personal and relaxed. The lady who guided us was fantastic—she explained everything in a simple and engaging way and patiently answered all our questions. We also loved the food, especially the spreads! The wine tasting was excellent, and we ended up buying both a bottle of wine and several bottles of their delicious olive oil. A lovely experience that we would highly recommend.
This tour was even better than anticipated! So informative , great wine and appetizers. The view from the vineyard is spectacular as well.

Annalaura and Maria were amazing. We learned about the history of the winery and how each wine was hand crafted. Wine was delicious and the snacks were perfectly paired.
We had a truly unforgettable experience in Assisi in this Umbrian winery. The tour of the winery was extremely interesting: they explained with passion and clarity all the phases of organic wine production transmitting the love and care they dedicate to their work. The tasting was a journey into the flavors and aromas of Umbria: excellent and well-balanced wines accompanied by high-quality local products. A really pleasant experience that we recommend to everyone.

Beautiful winery near Assisi, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the hotel which was very convenient. Julia was our knowledgeable tour guide, I really enjoyed learning about the organic wine production.
