Disneyland® Paris Biglietto Multi-Giorni.

Just been to Disneyland Paris. We paid 650 British pounds for two parks two days. The parks are extremely busy . You literally spend 90% of your time in queues. Simply, rides could break after waiting in the queue for 1 hour , no apology, no compensation. If you enjoy standing in queues and happy to pay lot of money for this experience, then this is the right place to go.

Overall everything is fine, but the prices are inflated on literally everything and the queues are almost always 50-60 minutes.

Need to be early, exceptionally long queues especially Thunder Mountain 1.5 hours then broke had to leave and 2nd day broke again, could be a lot more organised, can buy a fast track ticket but that is an extra 120 Euros each a day. Very expensive place. Loved walking round the parks lots to do but the queue for them is such low bg waiting times.

We had a 3 day, 2 night ticket. 20-22 august as part of a dance group performing at Disney. 3 adults and a 16 year old. We stayed at Santa Fe hotel which was about a 20 minute walk from the park, along a river, walking past other hotels. At night there are lights and it felt safe. The parks were busy, but not as busy as the Florida parks in August! There was a bit of construction going on, which was quite visible, but in usual Disney style it was hidden to some extent. The rides were great and magic hour was on offer at the start of the day - however we only tried to use it on the last day and 3 of the 4 tickets didn't work so we spent the magic hour queueing for customer services - but the tickets were reset and we were given a lightening lane to a ride of our choice! Ratatouille broke down and we asked for a lightening lane pass for when it was open again which was great - they were not giving them out so do ask if a ride is closed when you have queued. Both parks had great evening fireworks, definitely worth staying for. 3 days is enough if you are happy to walk a lot - 30,000 steps on one day - but we went on every ride we wanted too (we missed out the younger children rides). There is lots to look at. We had a birthday whilst out there so made sure we got a badge when we checked in at the hotel. We used some of the food trucks, all the food and drinks from them was lovely. We ate at PYM Kitchen - it wasn't that enjoyable - very busy- cattle market style, drinks were not refillable, it felt like a cheap money maker rather than Disney quality. We also ate at Billy Bobs buffet a nicer environment than PYM, but both have confirmed I do not like buffet restaurants! However the Sante Fe Buffet Breakfast is busy to get into from about 7.45am, but once in the huge canteen it was OK and not too crowded. A good selection pastries, fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurts and Mickey waffles. Plenty of drinks stations for hot and cold drinks. I would recommend a 3 day break - if you can stay an extra night do it as then you have chance to get 3 full days. Although we walked a lot, it wasn't too busy, it was fun and the whole family loved it. And if you have a child performing there, well that is the cherry on top of the whole trip, if you don't go and see the performances anyway!

Three families of us spent several days in both parks and it was an incredible experience for children and adults. I have to highlight the worker María Araceli (who was in the World of Frozen area) for her professionalism, kindness, empathy and dedication that she had with us, we will always be very grateful to her, thank you very much for everything María Araceli. From Cádiz and Seville we send you a big hug.

​An unforgettable experience for the whole family at Disneyland Paris! The atmosphere is pure magic, the service is excellent, and everything is designed to be enjoyed to the fullest from the very first moment. The quality of the food and the impeccable service exceeded our expectations. We left delighted and the children were fascinated. 100% recommended to add even more charm to the trip!

Two days for the 18th birthdays of our daughter and her friend, both of whom were sick. A nightmare regarding the crowds; I have been going to the park since it opened but I have never seen so many people, the park had "full" posted at the entrance. Our daughter has a priority pass and fortunately so, because despite that, some attractions still had a 30-minute wait... oops, when the pass is meant for a disabled person who cannot wait! We also had a few attractions that broke down, very frustrating. A huge negative point was also the shuttles to get back to the hotel. We were at the Explorer hotel for the first time but also the last. Plenty of shuttles for the Disney hotels but for the "associates" we waited 45 minutes and we finally had to take a taxi (30€ for 6) because our two sick daughters could not take it anymore. Plus, every shuttle is so crowded that it is sometimes impossible to get on, and with our two wheelchairs, it was guaranteed trouble, enough to start the day with a very bad experience! For the Explorer hotel, the room was not bad, apart from the carpet on the floor with multiple stains and a bathtub for taking a shower, not practical at all. Very basic breakfast, in a very noisy room. We had an issue with the parking, which is normally free, that charged us 9e because we had not received the appropriate ticket during our check-in! Fortunately, it was finally refunded to us by the hotel after discussion.

Disneyland Paris is certainly a place suitable for kids of all ages and for families. The atmosphere is the real strong point: meeting the Disney characters, walking through the park areas and experiencing that air of magic make the vacation truly pleasant. The shows are very beautiful and the midnight fireworks are absolutely not to be missed, a truly evocative moment that completes the day. However, there are some aspects that leave one a bit perplexed, especially considering the price. The costs, particularly those for eating inside the park, are quite high. Also, some attractions do not always seem to live up to expectations: several structures and sets show quite clearly the signs of time and would need more maintenance and renovation. Overall, it was still a nice vacation, because the atmosphere and the Disney magic manage to compensate for many of the critical issues. It is undoubtedly the kingdom of fun, but considering how much you pay to live this experience, one would expect something more in terms of quality, care, and maintenance. A nice experience, but with definitely significant room for improvement.

Way too expensive for enormous wait times. The app does not show the correct wait times for the attractions, so you often spend much more time than indicated. The food options are also way too expensive for the quality. In short, choose another park that is more affordable and has better service offerings.
