I absolutely loved Disneyland Paris! The park was beautiful, clean, and so much fun to explore. I especially loved the atmosphere and the little differences that make it unique from the Disney parks in the U.S. The castle was absolutely gorgeous, and everything felt magical. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again. Both parks are wonderful especially the World of Frozen.
We have been to Disney World over 15 times and Disneyland 5. We were looking forward to our first Disney international experience in Paris. It was fun to experience attractions different from those that you would find in the United States. Entry into both parks was easy and fast. That is when the Disney service experience fell well below the baseline they created at the other parks we visited. Here is a list of areas Disneyland Paris could definitely improve if they chose to: How about installing some fans at the attraction ques - global warming is real and it’s not going to cooler in the upcoming years. How about selling fewer “skip the line options - some attractions had more individuals on the priority lanes than the regular entry doubling and even tripling the posted wait times. Friendly and helpful cast members - not in any of our interactions - I thought that was part of the Disney experience. The app is good for “projecting” wait times but the map and directions actually suck - how about more detail as you zoom in and more accurately calculating walking times to get from one attraction to the next. Signage to help get places - there is some but be creative in your design and placement like only Disney can do and save us time trying to figure out the best way to get places. Their desserts and pastries are more varied and much better than USA parks. The food however, is well below average. I was expecting an elevated culinary experience from a food kiosk to a restaurant and was disappointed at all food options. The restaurants should be serving 5 star meals if charging 5+ star prices. I never like giving poor reviews but these are all areas Disney should correct - I am amazed they want this to be their brand when I have always experienced the Disney Magic before. It’s hard to pass up a Disneyland visit - simply be prepared .

We visited Disneyland Paris from 3–7 August 2026 for a very special trip, as we got engaged during our holiday. The park itself is, of course, beautiful and there is so much to see and enjoy, but unfortunately our experience with some of the staff really affected our visit. During our stay, my fiancé fractured his ankle and was unable to weight-bear. We needed a wheelchair to help him safely get out of our hotel. I was told I would need to travel to the park myself to hire one, so I left my injured fiancé in the hotel room and made the approximately 10-minute walk to the park alone. When I arrived, I was then told that I needed to queue to enter the park with everyone else before I could get the wheelchair. I explained repeatedly that my fiancé was injured in our hotel, couldn’t walk and that I wasn’t trying to enter the park for the day — I simply needed the wheelchair so I could get him safely out of the hotel. The response I received was essentially “too bad, you need to wait like everyone else.” I found this incredibly upsetting and lacking in compassion. We weren’t asking for preferential treatment; we were dealing with a genuine medical situation and simply needed some assistance. We also encountered staff members who were rude and unhelpful during our visit, and we noticed staff frequently using their phones while working, which was disappointing to see. What makes this particularly sad is that this was our engagement trip. We had chosen Disneyland Paris because we wanted to create magical memories together, and while there were certainly enjoyable parts of the park, the attitude and lack of compassion from some staff members left a very negative impression. Disney is known around the world for its customer service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we received. I hope Disneyland Paris takes this feedback seriously, particularly regarding how injured and vulnerable guests are treated. A little compassion and understanding in a difficult situation would have made a huge difference to us.
Dear Georgie, Thank you for sharing your experience at Disneyland Paris. Each of our Cast Members is expected to reflect the exceptional service for which we are known, and we are truly sorry to learn this was not your experience. Be assured that your comment will be passed onto the relevant teams in order to help us improve our services. We do hope you give us another opportunity to demonstrate the high-caliber service we are capable of sharing with our Guests. Regards, Darcy Guest Experience Team
There are various foods, they are so good I’m moved the magical show 🥳
Too expensive for the such long lines there are. You don't see anything in one day; 3 is ideal. A unique experience, that is clear. But every time I go, the price is higher.
We are huge Disney fans - - we have annual passes to the parks in Florida. We booked our tickets though Viator and that worked perfectly. We anticipated a smooth trip on the RER-A train from Paris but we k learned it is out of service for weeks for maintenance. What a nightmare getting there from Paris but the return Uber experience was far worse - - hundreds of people stranded by virtual standstill traffic and cancelled bookings. Book a bus if you can but otherwise stay away.
Quite expensive, nice Disney feeling, but I didn't think the attractions were that good
Great 3rd visit! We had a wonderful time. Especially liked Bistrot Remy and our waiter Ash was brilliant! The bill was only slightly more than Captain Jack’s but we had more food and drink and a way better experience. The new Frozen land is amazing and we enjoyed the new ride. But the queues were much longer than previous trips possibly due to the numbers of people in the priority queue which seems now to be really affecting the experience of others who have paid a lot to be in the park. We didn’t have time to see any shows as a result but the virtual queues to meet Mickey and a princess were brilliant! If only that could be done for Crush’s coaster! Overall we had a great time and the kids were delighted. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to ensure kids having a great holiday.
Where were all of the characters? We missed seeing Mickey, Minnie, etc…. We were not happy with the night show experience. There was no organization. The people in the crowd were pushing and shoving. There should have been personnel to control the situation. There was no clear pathway to go down in case of an emergency. The employees of the Disney parks in Paris were very friendly.
We went as a family of 5. 17, 15 and 8, about to be 9. We booked a cabin on davy crockett ranch and it was lush. We had a week stay so threw the cases in the cabin and went 5 minutes to the parks! Free parking was great but be aware it takes a fair walk to get to the actual parks! Everything was open and running for most of our stay although the hot weather did affect some rides, and the character shows were shorter due to heat. We managed to see lots of parades and characters. Meeting Mickey was my best moment! Try to see when they are and start to queue about 10 mins before. Quite long queues for most rides but it does ease off late afternoon time, 3- 5 pm. Amazing place amazing people! Oh and if you can catch the main park show from the main street at least once, believe me it's worth it. Food is good too, love the turkey legs and vegan chilli and had a fabulous birthday meal for my son at the ratatouille restaurant, they brought the cake out with a candle and sang happy birthday to him. Great food and quite expensive but worth it. Great snacks to be had all through the parks. Xxx
