Unfortunately, due to a connectivity error between Viator and our system, your booking did not reach us in time. As a result, we only became aware of your reservation on the day of your visit. Since Disneyland Paris had been fully booked for that date for more than three weeks, it was indeed impossible for us to secure replacement tickets at that moment. As soon as we identified the issue, we immediately contacted Viator to report the problem. We can confirm that this technical matter has now been resolved. We also reached out right away to the Disneyland Paris teams in an attempt to find an alternative solution. Please rest assured that you will of course be fully refunded. We are also relieved to hear that you were eventually able to enter the park, and we truly appreciate your patience despite the circumstances. Finally, we invite you to contact us directly at our agency. We would like to offer you a goodwill gesture as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
