Tasting Pompei Tour si svolge tutti i giorni dalle 11 :30 alle 16 :00 ed è un viaggio sensoriale nel mondo del Bosco DE’ Medici. È più di una degustazione di vini: è un percorso nella storia, alla scoperta della tenuta, della sua produzione unica e del suo profondo legame con la terra di Pompei. Questa esperienza permette agli ospiti di esplorare le radici delle antiche tradizioni vinicole, tra cui la nostra rinascita della produzione di vino ad anfore romane, proprio come si faceva 2.000 anni fa. Il tour comprende: Visita al casale del XVIII secolo Passeggiata nel vigneto sperimentale Sosta alla Necropoli del 79 d.C. Esplorazione della sala di vinificazione Visita alla sala di affinamento con botti e anfore in legno Una degustazione guidata di vini abbinata ad un pranzo tipico napoletano.

Itinerario
Il tour è un viaggio sensoriale attraverso la tenuta Bosco DE’ Medici, dove storia, tradizione e vino si incontrano. Più che una semplice degustazione, si tratta di una vera e propria immersione nella cultura di Pompei: gli ospiti visiteranno il casale settecentesco, passeggeranno attraverso il vigneto sperimentale, esploreranno la Necropoli del 79 d.C., e scopriranno le sale di vinificazione e affinamento con botti e anfore, dove ancora oggi produciamo vini con antiche tecniche romane. L’esperienza prevede un pranzo tipico napoletano, una celebrazione dei sapori autentici della regione abbinata ai nostri vini. Menu Antipasto: salame napoletano, prosciutto crudo locale, mozzarella di bufala campana, provolone del monaco con marmellata, parmigiana di melanzane tradizionale, pasta fritta al timballo, gateau di patate Primo piatto : Raviolo di nonna Emiddia Secondo piatto : Entrecôte con contorni di stagione Dessert Vini : 5 Vini + 1 Spumante

We took our two families with 4 teenage kids to the vineyard lunch with wine pairings. Alessandro the sommelier was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the process to take wine and ship wine to the US was seamless. A beautiful courtyard covered in grape vines, the ambiance, wine, food and terrific service will be a core memory for many years for our families.

Recently spent a lovely afternoon at the vineyard. We didn’t have a reservation, but they still welcomed us with great hospitality and happily found us a place. We enjoyed a cozy tour through the vineyard led by the enthusiastic Giuseppe, followed by a wine tasting with excellent wines beautifully explained by Alessandro. The food was also fantastic. Truly a place we would highly recommend!

It way amazing! Anthony, Roberto, and Christian made the experience absolutely wonderful. This is our second time and each time we have left very happy and satisfied with our experience. Roberto made us laugh and gave us great history of the winery. Anthony was a brilliant sommelier with particular knowledge that brought so much joy to the wine.
