My first trip to Poland and stumbled across the trip to Zakopane. It looked stunning and so booked with booking.com and I am SO glad I did! I was worried as the FB group I joined was had experiences where bookings had been cancelled or not turned up but I can’t give anything but praise for this trip. Pickup was confirmed the night before and our fabulous tour guide (Wictoria) messaged me directly to confirm the time too. She was an absolute ray of sunshine and full of information which she shared throughout the day. The little village we stopped in first was absolutely beautiful and it only got better when we arrived in Zakopane. Wictoria shared so much info via WhatsApp including best places to eat, activities, tips for the various spots which was very helpful and allowed me to organise my time wisely whilst there. Timings for various stops were made clear and the bus was spotless with a great playlist! The thermal baths was our final stop and every single question you could possibly have was answered on the way there both verbally and via text. If you are thinking about booking do it! Such a brilliant day out and a definite highlight of my Poland trip. Thank you so much Wictoria for your fabulous attitude and knowledge. Your passion shines through which made the trip ever better. This trip to Zakopane was everything that I wanted from it and even more. Especially because of our guide Wiktoria, she is the best guide that I was ever on trip with. Her English is perfect, she knew everything we needed, told us lot of interesting things, was funny, definitely not a boring guide🙂. She gave us a lot of recomendations during the trip and even recomendations after - what to do in Krakow. And the bus driver was also awesome so I don't forget him. I enjoyed the trip to the fullest and would recomend it to everyone.
Wiktoria, our guide, was brilliant from start to finish. She made the tour dynamic, interesting and fun. Pick up was on time. The day was well organised with enough time for each activity/stop. Definitely recommend !

Beautiful landscapes and locations! The only "flaw" is that every place was extremely crowded. Zakopane a river of people, the thermal baths the same... I don't know if it depends on the fact that I went on a Sunday.

Excellent organized tour, a bit crowded but reasonable minibus, great guide and professional driver, throughout the tour day we received explanations with excellent and helpful guidance, a positive experience.

The excursion was very cool! However, which is not the fault of the excursion, is that Zakopane is really crowded with people in August. The town at the top of the cable car is quite surreal: it is literally a funfair, which completely ruins the landscape and makes the experience a bit of a shame. As for the thermal baths and the tasting, it was top-notch! There were simply way too many people at the thermal baths, but then again, that seems to be related to the time of year and the number of visitors in Zakopane. Finally, a huge thank you to Wiktoria, who accompanied and guided us. She was truly incredibly kind, smiling, and pleasant. She contributed greatly to making this excursion very nice!

We had a full day trip, pick up and drop off directly outside the apartment. Our guide was the fabulous Wiktoria who was so helpful and informative throughout the day. We firstly stopped at a highlander’s cottage in Chochotow and then spent 2.5 hours in Zakopane which included the Cable Car to the mountain top. In the afternoon we had cheese and Vodka tasting in a Highlander’s Hut followed by 3 hours at the Spa. Wiktoria was great and made the day very enjoyable for both of us. N&K 👏😀
