Concludiamo quindi facendo una bella passeggiata rilassante intorno al Blenheim Palace, prima di riportarti a casa. Hai la massima flessibilità per poter vedere i luoghi che ti interessano di più. Itinerario
Partendo da Oxford alle 9:00 iniziamo la giornata visitando Burford, spesso chiamata la "porta delle Cotswolds". Una città molto iconica e sede di una delle chiese più belle e antiche della regione. Storie in abbondanza! Da Burford il tuo percorso ti porta attraverso alcuni incantevoli villaggi delle Cotswolds fino a Bourton-on-the-Water, conosciuta come la "Venezia delle Cotswolds" ed è probabilmente la città più famosa delle Cotswolds. È regolarmente votato come uno dei villaggi più belli d'Inghilterra. La nostra prossima tappa è il pittoresco villaggio di Lower Slaughter, uno dei villaggi più romantici delle Cotswolds settentrionali e immerso nella campagna più meravigliosa. Da Lower Slaughter proseguiamo poi per Stow-on-the-Wold, la città più alta delle Cotswolds. Qui avrai tempo per curiosare tra edifici color miele, pub accoglienti, strade strette, negozi interessanti e piccole sale da tè. Pranzeremo anche in uno dei tanti pub e sale da tè.
Dopo pranzo viaggeremo verso il Blenheim Palace, dove trascorreremo 2 ore ad esplorare la storia e la bellezza naturale del Blenheim Palace, prima di riportarti al punto di partenza.

Our driver Andrew was excellent. He had a plan for the day but was flexible to suit our plans. Blenheim was very interesting and worth seeing. The drive through the Cotswolds and walk around some of the towns was a great way to spend the day. Andrew's knowledge of the area and history as well as general discussion was much appreciated.
This was an excellent day and well spent with a private driver and tour guide. Sonya was our guide for the day, and she is amazing, flexible, personable, and friendly. Loved spending the day with her and would certainly request her again in the future.
Sonya did a great job. Our visits to Blenheim palace and a few towns in the Cotswolds were just right. She was quite knowledgeable about the area and associated history, and tailored out travel to suit us perfectly.

Jo was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, accommodating to our needs, and just a lovely perdon in general. The Cotswolds really lived up to our expectations, and Blenheim Palace was great to children, with its Christmas fair. Overall, it was a great day!
Excellent from pickup to dropoff! Jo was most excellent guide plus amazing driving skills through those narrow windy roads . Jo was very knowledgeable which added to making the whole experience wonderful and memorable.
We had a very nice guide who took us to less traveled but still lovely Cotswolds villages and gave good recommendations on what to see and do in each town. Very nice to be dropped off and picked up and not have to worry about where to park!
Ian was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and very thorough. We talked with him throughout the day and learned quite a bit about the Cotswolds. I would recommend this tour if you'd like an excellent on day tour of the Cotswolds area.

Flexible collection & drop-off points was greatly appreciated. Our tour guide Ian is very and knowledgeable, we personalised our tour by spending some time in Oxford after Blenheim Palace. Amazing history and breathtaking scenery, will definitely visit Cotswolds again to visit other villages that we missed out. Highly recommend tour as you won’t be disappointed.
