We were there for a Sunday Brunch Cruise. What a disappointment! It was a beautiful sunny day, and they had a wine event on the boat. We enter the boat and the man host was rude, and directed us downstairs, The female host downstairs was friendly and walked us to our table, then a young 20 something greets us seems very nice, and that is were it ends. I stepped away and gave the server $20, to pay attention to my friend for her birthday, he said yes, Well, that was useless for he paid no attention to us, I had to flag him down for refills on Mimosa. There was lots of wrong with this cruise, not only disappointed in the service, the buffet was horrible. Now I had done these brunch cruises in the past on Navy Pier, but this will be the last. Do the lunch cruises on the Chicago River, service is friendly, attentive and the food is good. Sorry I will NEVER do brunch again on the Spirit, needs a serious refresh.

This was my daughter's...
This was my daughter's birthday. We had a total of 13 in attendance. Food was delicious! Menu was above par. Great DJ. Staff member Jada was exceptional.

Larger supply order was needed
Staff very friendly. Ship needs a little work visually. Also, more glass wear and straws need to be ordered. Guests had to wait for kitchen staff to wash out your glasses for more refreshments.

The food was delicious....
The food was delicious. The music on each deck was a total vibe. The service was great. This was my second lunch cruise and they both were awesome. Relaxing lunch topped out with a fabulous party. I'm sure we'll do it again. I believe he may be a host. His name was Antonio. He was so accommodating and very attentive. I have walker on wheels with a seat ( rolator) that I thought I had asked for handicap accomodations for. However we were assigned a table on the lower deck. Antonio checked for availability on the main deck. When we couldn't get a table where we could sit together, he was kind enough to carry my rolator down the stairs to our table. Our waiter, Adam, was so attentive, pleasant, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed his service immensely.

Birthday lunch cruise
Birthday family trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Great cruise, we had two very nice tables for our group, great friendly service and the food was amazing. We booked a group photo which was a lot of fun. The extra details like junior cruise kits for the kids and the captain’s hat for my husband were nice surprises! Would definitely recommend!

Pros- Food was good, plenty of room between tables. Cons- slow beverage service. One bartender trying his best to keep up with orders. 20 minutes to get a drink, even a coke. Music way, way too loud. Everyone screaming to talk. Ran out of coffee halfway through cruise.

The actual cruise was excellent but good luck if something happens and you need customer service, they were horrible!

Great adventure on Lake Michigan.
Fantastic experience with tremendous crew who are eager to please and willing to serve. The food was delicious and the music capped this great experience.

The food options were odd, the desserts were boring and warm. It was over all it was an expensive ferry ride to nowhere!
