Chocolate Tour Basic : guida autonoma senza pranzo

Questa è una combinazione di attrazioni! In primo luogo, il Tour del cioccolato inizia con il background culturale e biologico del cacao nel mondo e qui in Costa Rica. Ti introduce ulteriormente nella raccolta, fermentazione, macinazione e infine nella produzione del cioccolato, la bevanda degli dei. In secondo luogo, parliamo del caffè e della sua importanza per lo sviluppo economico e culturale del Costa Rica. Vi mostreremo come fare Café-Chorreado, la vera pratica costaricana di preparazione del caffè. Infine, esamineremo uno degli aspetti più importanti della cultura e della tradizione costaricana, il Trapiche. Qui maciniamo la canna da zucchero per estrarre il succo e fare tutti i tipi di caramelle locali e deliziose (Dulce, Sobado, Espumas e Miel). Questo è sicuramente il tour più dolce della zona. Siamo in una giungla-riserva privata a soli 15 minuti da Manuel Antonio. La presenza di animali selvatici come bradipi, scimmie, uccelli e rane è comune. Siate pronti a tutto.

Brian was amazing! We learned all about cacao and how it’s grown and processed to make nibs which are then used to make chocolate. We got to try out different types of cacao and had coffee and refreshing drinks as well. I highly recommend this tour. Plus, you really don’t need to bring anything at all.

We didn't expect too much and were definitely positively surprised. You learn a lot and can say that there was also some sneezing knowledge with which we did not necessarily expect. Cost samples were of course also , we liked very much.

One of the best rides I've ever had in the country! Greg, our Francophone guide, is so passionate! All the explanations of cocoa are top and very well explained. You can also see, vanilla, turmeric, lemongrass .. we enjoy good coffee and also a small drink '' not pricked worms'' with sugar cane. Chocolate with fresh fruit and spices is obviously tasted. We Quebecers loved Greg. I'll see you for another round very soon! Thank you a thousand times .. of the good butter of r...;)

The tour was great! It was very informative and covered more than just coffee and chocolate. We got to see vanilla plants, cinnamon, ginger, and tumeric, and learned about the in’s and out’s of chocolate coffee production. Our guide was wonderful.

This tour was one of the top two experiences of our trip. If you are into coffee or chocolate this is a must-do! First, to add or not add the transportation. We had a car and driving there was not that difficult, but it is secluded. Tour Operator gave us the Waze link for directions and we had no trouble. The guide, Juan, was especially personable and informative, a definite asset to the touring experience. His passion for nature was clear. We learned the entire coffee making process from seed to drink and also the chocolate process included a mouth watering bowl of bananas/pineapple with chocolate made on premise. This tour was one of my husbands favorite activities while in Costa Rica.
