We booked the 4-hour afternoon 'See It All' tour, and it completely lived up to its name! We packed in 18 stunning locations across the city, from the Navy Pier to the most beautiful architecture in buildings and scenery down to the famous Bean, which gave us the absolute best overview of Chicago without wasting a single second. The pace was perfect, leaving plenty of time to hop out for pictures, stretch our legs, and even grab some gifts and souvenirs. "E" our tour guide was the best I have ever experienced. If you want to see the maximum amount of the city in one afternoon, this tour is unbeatable, and amazing price, and so much more then expected. My sister and I Highly recommended it and ask for E!

We booked the private “Chicago Deep Dive Adventure” (8-hour sedan tour for 3 guests) scheduled for January 23, 2026. The morning of the tour, approximately 90 minutes before our scheduled 10:00 AM start time, we received an email stating that our guide was ill and that there was no backup available. While we understand that illness happens, we were surprised there was no contingency plan in place for a private tour at this price point. What was more concerning was the lack of communication beforehand. We had sent emails in the week leading up to the tour and did not receive responses. After the cancellation email, we followed up to confirm when the promised full refund would be processed. We did not receive a reply, and no refund was issued. After a week with no response and no refund activity, we were forced to initiate a chargeback through our credit card company. The dispute was resolved in our favor. Travel plans are carefully scheduled, especially in winter conditions. A cancellation 90 minutes before the start time, combined with no follow-through on the refund, left us scrambling to create an entirely new plan for the day. If you book with this company, I strongly recommend having a backup plan and monitoring your refund closely if plans change.

At the time of your booking, we were dealing with a system issue with Viator that incorrectly kept our availability open, even when we were not operating. We made multiple attempts to have this resolved, but unfortunately it was not corrected in time, which led to your tour being canceled on short notice. We also want to clarify that refund processing is handled directly by Viator, and the timing of refunds is outside of our control. However, we understand how concerning it must have been not to see the refund processed promptly, and we’re sorry for the added stress this caused. Please know that this issue has since been fully resolved, and our booking and availability systems are now working properly to prevent situations like this from happening again. As a sincere apology, we would be happy to offer you a complimentary private tour if you visit Chicago again. We truly hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the experience you originally expected. Thank you again for your feedback.

Excellent way to see as much of Chicago on a short stay. Guide/driver was very knowledgeable and flexible, not to mention a fabulous photographer and always willing to take a picture. I always felt comfortable in the spotless vehicle and I’m I nervous passenger so that was excellent. Honestly never thought I would see 1/2 as much of Chicago. Oh and the water & snacks were great. 11 out of 10

We were upgraded to a private tour for three seniors. Ilyas picked us up on time from our hotel with our luggage. We saw so many Chicago sights on an enjoyable and informative tour. Be prepared for a full day! We appreciated the bottled water, snacks provided, and drop off at Union Station. Only spent two days in Chicago and spending one on this tour was definitely a sound choice.
