Una volta pronti per partire, bagagli in mano, individuare l'uscita Porta 2LL e contattare direttamente il conducente (chiamata o messaggio)
STEP 4 - Aspetta sulla corsia centrale
Camminare fuori, attraversare la 1 ° corsia e attendere sulla corsia centrale (corsia limousine). L'autista dovrebbe essere lì entro 5 minuti.
IMPORTANTE - se non è possibile contattare direttamente l'autista, si prega di chiamare il nostro ufficio. Siamo aperti 24/7.
Tracciamo tutti i voli in arrivo. Se il volo è in ritardo, l'autista sarà in aeroporto in base all'orario di arrivo effettivo.

Very efficient, pleasant ride to the airport from downtown Chicago
This trip from downtown to Chicago was really easy to book on line, letting me choose the type of car needed, and I thought the fee was very reasonable. Our driver showed up 5 minutes early and we were messaged that he was there. He was polite and helpful, a great driver, and let us off at our airline. The ride was very comfortable, and I trust if there was any change we needed, such as in temperature or music, it would have been done.
Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely use them again.

Airport transfer - visiting family
We had a great experience with Echo. Our ride was prompt, courteous and made sure we had the correct address (residential area) before he drove away. It took the stress out of the drive from Midway to north side of Chicago to visit family. Same for our return trip. Our driver was on time and very pleasant. Both vehicles were comfortable and clean. I would definitely use again.

Great Echo experience
Due to the distance to our accommodation, we took the recommendation of a family member and used Echo Limousine. I'm officially spoiled! We had an excellent driver and a comfortable ride. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Midway Transport & Stretch Limo
I traveled from Seattle to Chicago to meet several friends from all over the US to attend the Styx concert at Tinley Park. I used Echo Limo for my round-trip transfer from Midway to my friend's home in Plainfield. My drivers were all wonderful. Cordial, and on-time. I also wanted to book a stretch lime for ladies' night out so we could relax, party, and enjoy one another and not worry about driving. When I called to check availability, all their stretches were already booked. However, Matthew @ Echo Limo made some calls and within an hour, he had rearranged some bookings and secured one of Echo's own stretch limos for us! Our chauffeur, Alfredo, was fantastic! Despite an incorrect address and a hotel that was difficult to access, he was patient and accommodating and made our evening a once in a lifetime experience! Matthew and Alfredo both provided exceptional service and the airport transfer drivers were excellent as well! I will definitely use Echo Limo anytime I return to Chicago.

Great communication
