Itinerario

This horse ride was perfect for me and my 12 year old daughter. Gentle horses, wonderful guides and you gotta learn quite a bit about the area. I highly recommend this.
The horse back trip was amazing. Our guy made sure to match us with horses according to you experience with horse riding. Since I’m was in experience he had one of his family members lead my horse the whole trip. The guide was extremely informative of the Inca site and history. You could tell he was very proud of his heritage.
Saturnino and crew are a bunch of passionate people, of the culture, their roots, and the horses. The tour was absolutely fascinating, both the guides really knowledgeable, ensuring we have the best experience, trodding on our horses through the valley. Learnt so much, had a lot of fun riding the horses and the energy they brought to the tour was really a highlight. Highly recommend you do this unique experience to get closer to the local culture.
My group and I booked this as our first tour in Cusco, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Saturnino, was absolutely wonderful and treated us like lifelong friends from the moment we arrived. He even offered his home to us if we ever needed anything during our stay. Before the ride, he introduced us to each horse with such care and detail, making sure everyone was perfectly matched. As we rode, we would occasionally dismount to give the horses a break while Saturnino guided us through hidden ruins and temples that most tourists never get to see. His passion for his culture, history, and horses was incredible, and his excitement to share that knowledge with us made the experience so special. We learned so much about Inca history and even picked up a few Inca words along the way. The atmosphere was so welcoming, not only from Saturnino but also from the two ladies helping the less experienced riders. As an equestrian myself, I was especially impressed by how well cared for and loved the horses were. The trail from the pasture was breathtaking and truly felt like stepping away from civilization into another world. I would recommend this tour to absolutely anyone visiting Cusco. It’s so much more than a horseback ride — it’s an authentic cultural experience told from a local native perspective, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip.
It was a very informative tour and I learned how to ride a horse . The guides were very helpful
Ridding the Horse was truly excellent with wonderful views all around! (Make sure your phone is with your guide so that you can take photos at every stop!)
Such a great experience, the views and scenery were exceptional. You can tell they care about their horses and take good care of them.
This was one of the highlights of my trip to Cusco. Well worth the money.
I loved my trip!! We spent the day exploring the valley and hillside, where we were treated to breathtaking views and the chance to visit the beautiful ruins of Incan temples. The scenery was nothing short of spectacular, and riding through such a historic and picturesque landscape made the experience unforgettable. Our guide was both knowledgeable and fun, sharing fascinating insights about the area, the history of the ruins, and the culture surrounding the region. Their enthusiasm really elevated the tour and made it feel personal and engaging. The horses were very well taken care of and were easy to ride. My daughter and I have limited experience on a horse but we had no problem riding these horses even on a muddy day. Overall, I would highly recommend this horseback riding tour to anyone looking for an adventurous way to explore stunning landscapes while learning about the rich history of the area. It’s a perfect combination of nature, culture, and adventure!
The best tour we’ve ever done! Our guide Juan Carlos was incredible, his knowledge of the Inca temple sites, the horses and his English was great! We were allowed to gallop and felt so safe with these horses to do so! The horses are so soft and clean, and they are allowed to roam freely, which is so different to most tours we’ve done before. We learnt some Inca, got to try some local herbs and even got to take some back for my tea 😁
