Durante tutto il viaggio, dal ritiro alla riconsegna, sarai assistito da un autista qualificato di lingua Inglese che ti farà sentire sicuro e a tuo agio. Forniamo trasporto confortevole in un piccolo gruppo di massimo 8 persone. Potrai dedicare più tempo a conoscere la cultura e la storia invece di stare in una lunga coda per i biglietti. Per le prenotazioni dell'ultimo minuto, gli orari di prelievo sono confermati un giorno prima del tour dopo le ore 15:00.

Itinerario
Il prelievo dall'hotel avviene 1,5 ore prima dell'orario previsto per il tour. Forniamo un giro sicuro con un autista di lingua Inglese in una comoda auto / minivan in un gruppo di massimo 8 persone. Il tragitto da Cracovia ad Auschwitz dura 1,5 ore.
L'autista vi porterà all'ingresso e vi darà i biglietti. Poi si avrà un controllo di sicurezza simile a quello in aeroporto. Verranno controllate anche le carte d'identità. Il tour si svolge in un gruppo di 30 persone con una Guida locale. Ogni partecipante riceve delle cuffie. La prima parte del tour è Auschwitz 1 - dura circa 2 ore.
Dopo una pausa di 15 minuti, breve trasferimento alla seconda parte del museo - Birkenau.
Dopo il tour, vi riportiamo in hotel.

Fees were what you would expect for a pickup, drop off and full guided tour with admission tickets organised for you Time spent at both Auschwitz and Birkenau was more than enough Wasn’t too busy, could still move around and see everything easily Guide was great! The tour was expertly guided and informative. The guide introduced us to key sites and recounted the history respectfully, moving us deeply with the way he explained events and spoke about the suffering associated with this history.

Driver was communicative and on time. Tour guide was well informed and kind. We went during the summer; the tour is primarily outdoors and it was quite hot out.

Very well planned day from pick up to drop off.Our lovely friendly driver Patryk was very nice and the tour was very sad but our guide told us from start to finish very important details which made it worth the trip.Great experience but sad at same time.

We had an excellent experience visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau with Max and our guide, Magda. Everything was perfectly organized from the very beginning. The hotel pickup was exactly on time, and we received clear instructions beforehand, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Our guide, Magda, was exceptional. She shared the history with great knowledge, sensitivity, and respect, helping us understand not only the facts but also the human stories behind them. She knew when to explain, when to pause, and how to let the places speak for themselves. It was one of the most thoughtful and moving guided tours I’ve ever experienced. I went on the trip today with my two daughters and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pickup was prompt and on time, and our driver Max was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable, talking to us all the way there. Our guide was Magna who was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our day and it was very good value for money.
