Such a lovely experience in Edinburgh! Enjoying afternoon tea with views of the castle made it feel truly special. The setting was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully done. The selection of teas, pastries, sandwiches, and desserts was delicious, and it was the perfect way to slow down and enjoy the city. The castle views made the experience even more memorable. A wonderful choice for anyone looking for a classic Edinburgh moment with a beautiful backdrop.
Guide was lovely and shared lots of interesting stories. Interesting facts about tea that I didn’t know. Very relaxing and delicious food.
So lovely! Just what I needed after a tour of the castle, and our guide was so sweet and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
The experience was very good, history, food, company. Maya is very pleasant, she explained everything to us and was attentive to answering our questions at all times. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience with a kind and knowledgeable guide. We were paired with another group visiting abroad and enjoyed meeting them and hearing their story as well.
Wasn’t expecting an in-depth history lesson, but was so happy as Jesus went into informative detail about tea in general and how it led to Scotland. The food was delicious and was truly a fun experience.
My husband booked this as a treat during our time in Edinburgh. The setting was in Queen Anne’s hall with costumes on the wall with details of who wore it . We had a table for two with lovely large china crest cups/plates . We did have to wait awhile for our drinks and food to arrive as not enough staff to service both rooms .Also lot of tables were not cleared away . A nice selection of sandwiches/cakes but my husband would have liked more sandwiches as they were tiny in size . Expensive compared to other places.
Once we caught up with our guide it was a fantastic afternoon of information about tea and the history.. we had a great selection of food and went on the recommendation on wahtvtea to drink whi h was delightful to drink. We all happily chatted about our local homes before heading off. Highly recommend this tour
Jesus was an excellent host and guide. Very informative. Views of the castle. A nice respite from the hustle and bustle outside.
Beautiful setting and delicious treats! It felt like being told a beautiful story while idly looking out the window to stunning views, it was so pleasant. Loved the little sandwiches and the tea was so good.
